Dr. Kao's office isn't open every single day of the week, but I do appreciate that, as of the writing of this review, she makes herself available on one Saturday a month in addition to the Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays that she's regularly open. It was easy to contact the office via the online submission form on the website and I received a call within 24 hours. We were able to get an appointment not too long after I called and it fit perfectly with my work schedule. The office is so calm and Dr. Kao and her staff also exude confidence and kindness as well. Because it was our first visit, Dr. Kao shared her philosophy of prevention instead of invasive corrective procedures, especially on such young patients. My daughter was not a happy camper because of the new environment and experience, but Dr. Kao was able to balance getting her check-up done while not spending a moment longer than necessary because my daughter was crying.
