Here is what I wrote to our neighborhood Facebook page: Hi Y'All, Just wanted to offer a great review (completely unsolicited) of a U-Haul dealership that is very close to us. It is on 54, just east of Gunn Highway (just a few miles away from us). I am surprised that I am this excited about U-Haul, but many of my previous experiences have been average at best. But this one is Fantastic! It is new, has a ton of trucks and trailers, a complete moving supplies retail store, and storage. The GM Jean was offering to help, and the associates (Brenden) were amazing! Anyways, they are new, give them a chance if you need moving and storage services.

Long story short, we were unable to rent a small trailer at the Land O Lakes location because the…read moreconnection to the trailer lights was not working on our end and the person helping us was unable to diagnose the problem. Then we went to another U-Haul location where we ended up paying $125 for a cargo van with gas and mileage to pick up a couch 30 miles away. The trailer rental would have been $18 for the day. I researched U-Haul locations and chose this location because they install hitches. We had our hitch installed last August in Virginia and it was still under warranty. A really nice young man named Justin came out to help me. He tested the connection and confirmed it was dead. He asked me to pop the hood where he proceeded to show me where the fuse was (connected to the battery) and confirmed that the problem was a blown fuse. He took the fuse and checked the shop to see if he had a spare one. He didn't. He then told me that if I drove a couple of miles up the road to the AutoZone, I could purchase a new fuse there and if I came back, he would test it. When I returned to the U-Haul location, I got everything ready so I wouldn't take up too much of Justin's time. I inserted the new fuse and open the trunk to make the connection available. Justin came out and tested it. He confirmed it was working and showed me the tester so that I could understand what I should be looking for. I asked him how did he know the fuse was blown? He showed me the old fuse and a new fuse and I understood. If only someone at the other two locations could've checked the fuse for us, it would've saved us a chunk of money, time and effort. Justin was so kind and friendly. I can't say enough nice things about him. I really appreciated his time. Highly recommend this location.

After a short trip to his home base, he returned with a new unit and installed the unit. Three hours after first arriving, our RV was beginning to get cool. The new AC unit is far better, quieter, and is a heat pump as well. I will contact White Glove whenever my RV needs attention. Outstanding service.
