So let me be honest…read moreinitially my experience at the shop the day I got my tattoo was pleasant I worked with Frankie he was able to fit me in and was great when I changed my mind about the size. The tattoo I got said "Jesus" and was under my collarbone. When I got up from the chair it looked fine and I was pleased with the service. After the tattoo and was told that he did free touch ups and to contact if I had any concerns. After about two weeks of healing I noticed the tattoo was very faded towards the end and ink wasn't consistent throughout. I waited to contact because I thought it would look better as it healed. After another week I noticed the tattoo was starting to smush together and I began calling to get it fixed. I never could get anyone on the phone and I also couldn't find Frank's business card. Finally after about two weeks I was able to get someone on the phone and was told by Frank that he would get back to me the next day bc he was doing a tattoo. I understood and awaited the call but it was late the next day and still never received a response so I called his cell after finding his business card and left a message. Keep in mind I am moving soon so I wanted to get in there to get it fixed before I left and I told him that in the voice message. Finally he texts me back and ask if I'm available the next day at 1pm I was at work around that time so I told him I would be available after 4pm. Then he asks to see a photo of the tattoo and I never receive a response back. I'm just very disheartened and disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. But I do not recommend because the customer service is just not there and now I have to get this tattoo covered up.

A Taurus tattoo showed the "artist heather " a picture of what I wanted and she gave me a price of 275 . 75 for the deposit and 200 for the rest . we texted back and forth deciding on the design until my appointment which I couldn't show up due to unforeseen circumstances so we rescheduled . it took 4 hours for the outline and she said I should come back to do the rest in 2 weeks I think she was getting tired and I was too so I agreed . Okay cool not a problem . A few days later I asked if I could come back earlier than 2 weeks and she said I would have to pay another deposit and 250 to finish what should've already been done the first time . Talk about a fucking scam . Now I have a fucked up incomplete tattoo that I have to find somebody to fix . I'm beyond pissed this was supposed to be a birthday present to myself and I'm embarrassed to even show it . I advice you find a different artist in the shop to do your tattoos .

He is unprofessional as several times…read morehe rescheduled last minute or when I would arrive for my appointment, he would tell me he's too tired & that the session will be short. He was constantly annoyed & bothered by me inquiring about the tattoo before & during the process. He requires a $100 non refundable deposit that he uses as his own tip, & still charges u full price. Several times he overcharge after the session was done even though the work completed was smaller or took less time than previous pieces he worked on. He does not treat loyal cliental well as I booked several sessions & only grew increasingly more dissatisfied and disappointed in his unprofessionalism towards me. The last two pieces he worked on were very unsatisfactory & instead of trying to help & rework the flaws & mistakes, he canceled my future appointment & told me to find a new artist. Also you will be charged full price for touch ups & edits to the mistakes he made. Don't be fooled by his Instagram, he only posts 1 tattoo out of every 30 which speaks volumes on the "quality" most people get since he isn't comfortable posting his work, only the very few he does well. Glad to no longer conduct business with him anymore. There are many great artists that supersede him in not only quality art work but professionalism, customer service and overall human decency as well.

I mostly mention this because the 1 star reviews the shop has on yelp indicate the artist was a guy those reviews are a bit out of date. The shop is kinda small for three tattoo artist and a piercer, but it's a clean space and has a cozy/chill vibe.
