General PSA, everyone should get ear piercings done at a tattoo parlor, and not at a Claire's / mall kiosk!!! Those places use a gun thing that uses blunt force to basically shove a hole in your ear with the earring itself (which is not as sharp as a needle). Those guns are also impossible to be sterilized since they're plastic (infections), and it causes so much more trauma to your tissue. I am an adult woman who has never had her ears pierced and I decided finally it was something I wanted to do. Called and easily made an appointment for later in the day with Jay. It was so seamless, relaxing, and clean!! Jay is a perfectionist and marks one ear with a pen and you see if that placement is good, and then using a tiny ruler, marks the other ear so it's perfectly symmetrical. Each needle is single-use, and comes in sterilized blue packaging (like surgical tools). The whole process was fast, clean, and relatively painless, and I felt I was in good hands. Included a picture of my piercing about 4 hours after it. Healing well, no pain! The actual place is a bit hard to find, as the storefront doesn't face the main road. If you see a car shop / garage thing, walk behind it and Tattoo Royale is there! It's like the backside of a building that also has a salon. read more

I booked an appointment fir a "private parts" piercing after my original appointment at another shop got canceled due to not having the jewelry for the piercing. I called at 12:30 and the staff was very pleasant. I got an appointment for 6:45 the same day. The place is a little hard to find. It is behind the shops facing the street. A little rugged and tired looking on the outside but beautiful, clean and pleasant on the inside.Jay, I believe his ne was was great. Knowledgeable, professional, and calming personality. A couple friends from work and I went to this place on a Friday afternoon to get ear piercings. There were a couple people waiting but nobody really greeted us and we didn't really know what to do so we just sat down. After like 20 mins a guy gave us papers to fill out and we went in to get our piercing. The guy was very nice and knew what he was doing. I got a cartilage piercing and it was only $30 with the jewelry included. As I got home I realized he didn't tell us anything about how to clean it but overall it was a good experience and it's been a couple weeks and my piercing is healing very well! read more

I got my nose pierced today and I love it! The shop is clean, I actually really like their tattoo flash on their walls. Very Sailor Jerry style. Piercer was really friendly and professional. I just got a great tattoo done at Tattoo Royale. A couple weeks ago I went in with a family crest I wanted done. The staff was unreal, I showed them my tat I wanted done. I ended up meeting Cody he is young, but don't let his age fool you. He is a great kid with a special gift. I am beyond ecstatic with my tat. I recently just got my rook and conch pierced and it was the easiest and quickest process. I went in with a large group of people, some of which who were getting tattoos and some who were getting piercings. Personally I did not get a tattoo but I loved the results of the people I was with. I will go back in the future for more piercings and tattoos. I was thoroughly impressed by how clean the establishment and their practices are. I came here recently for a tragus piercing. I had no appointment but was still out within half an hour, although it wasn't too busy. I'd recommend going week days after work. They only charge $30 with jewelry included!! A breath of fresh air after my mother and I recently spent loads of money at another shop for piercings. Jay is very friendly, made the experience great!! They are very clean. I will admit, the waiting room/front room did seem a bit sketchy to me, but do not let that fool you. They are completely sterile. I will never go anywhere else for piercings!! They also allow you to come back when you want to swap your jewelry, and that service is free of charge. The flat-back piercings have interchangeable tops, or the actual earring parts that you can buy on your own and come back with when you want them swapped.
