I was able to park in the parking garage behind the studio and walk over and loved how clean the studio was upon entering. The instructor came up and asked my name and explained to me the class format and what equipment would be needed. It was a small class with only 3 other people so I thought I'd get more one on one attention but the instructor was not hands on and didn't provide any adjustments. Also the pace of the class was extremely slow and not challenging. I believe instructors should look to challenge their students to push them to do better and actual make a difference in their fitness ability. I will say the view of downtown Palm beach in the windows was gorgeous and the overall ambiance was very chill and zen. However if I'm looking for a challenging workout I would go somewhere different.

Instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. It was the perfect respite from a stressful time for me. Yoga - especially at Soul Space - was the glue that held me together that month. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, both from the teachers and other people in the class. I appreciate that it never feels competitive or like a fashion show- the classes are full of men and women of all skill levels, ages, and body sizes. It feels safe and I never feel bad if I take a class and end up laying down for most of it! So grateful that the no phones/recording in the studio rules are actually enforced. They offer a variety of classes, from power to yoga nidra, and the workshops are amazing and top quality. My recommendation- do your bedtime skin routine, brush your teeth, put the comfiest clothes on, and then take the yin and sound healing class which ends at 8:30pm. Once home, go straight to bed for the best sleep of your life. Grateful for this space that has been healing for my body AND spirit.

Due to the lack of parking I had to circle around and this caused me to arrive 7 minutes late to the class. The rude attendant at the front insisted that the teacher would not allow me in. But I know so many times I have seen people enter way beyond the 7-10 minutes. She stood there and argued with me and instead of letting me in. This behavior is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been attending class all over during my work travel to cities including New York, Miami. It is the gym's responsibility to provide parking and the fact that they don't even validate should mitigate a 7-10 minute grace period. The same girl at the front didn't care that I would leave this review. Also later that day I made it to a class and noticed a woman walked in 7 minutes late with no issue.
