While I don't mind still paying for it, the brushing it off like it didn't pay for a full experience didn't sit well from me. Also, my room was close to the front and it's just not enjoyable when you can hear people on the phone and I'm not sure if some of the girls had friends visiting but there was a lot of chatter that continued. I knew they weren't additional guests because they were all eating Taco Bell together. It just gives a bad name to a "relaxing" place when you can hear people talking your entire relaxation time.
