When I was checking out the gal asked if I had aromatherapy and I hesitantly said yes and said for only half the massage, no one gave her the bottle. The gal kinda laughed and said oh that's ok. While I don't mind still paying for it, the brushing it off like it didn't pay for a full experience didn't sit well from me. Also, my room was close to the front and it's just not enjoyable when you can hear people on the phone and I'm not sure if some of the girls had friends visiting but there was a lot of chatter that continued. I knew they weren't additional guests because they were all eating Taco Bell together. It just gives a bad name to a "relaxing" place when you can hear people talking your entire relaxation time. Unfortunately I don't intend to visit this location again just because the lack of ensuring I had a good experience between what I paid for and the constant chatter.
