My wife was try to show the cashier her phone number on her phone without verbally saying it out loud. The cashier was in a hurry and did not hear my wife. Her English Language is still in early development, but I think she did an outstanding job with her English. Listening is something to be worked on. Upon try to use the Marshall's reward card, the information was very confusing and not explain well. Since there was a lost in translation problem, the rewards card was left in the wind. Aside from this experience my wife experienced, the rest of the stay here was good. Hopefully next time the experience will be better from start to finish.

They do still have a decent selection at this location and the shelves are nicely and neatly stocked, with the bonus that they haven't crammed the racks together yet so you barley fit a cart like they are doing it every other Ross! The only negative thing, and it is a very negative thing, is the staff here are hit or miss. There are a couple really friendly ones but not very often. There's one lady who has dark hair and she's always at the register in the middle of the store with the jewelry around it - not the one ones near the window in a row - and she's so rude and unfriendly, it's horrible. I always say hi with a big smile but she is rude, won't look you in the eye and only speaks to you if necessary and it's usually to argue; she literally could give two you know whats!!! Thank God for Mr. Kevin who is one of the really nice ones, and so friendly and helpful AND HE SPEAKS TO YOU lol! Target is located right in the middle of the Mosaic District. You can go around to restaurants, shops, and come here for your groceries. This location is a one place stop for all your shopping needs. I usually stay at the hotel down the street. This place has been a great help whenever I am in town. Everyone is super friendly and everything is easy to find. On the first floor there is a gelato shop which always has long lines. On the other side there is an entrance to Rasa. You can grab a quick bowl of Indian food to fill you up. If not, as soon as you go outside there are several restaurants filled with large crowds. This is a fun place to hang out. The Mosaic District is a great place to spend your weekend. I love this place and make sure to come here whenever I can.

Shortly afterward, we overheard them laughing about the fact that we had believed them. This behavior was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of honesty, respect, and customer service. Customers should be able to trust that employees will provide accurate information and assistance when needed. If employees are intentionally misleading customers and then mocking them afterward, it reflects poorly on the store and the Target brand. I hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
