I hired World Class Exterior Care to clean several things at my home in the Sunset district: the windows on the upper floor, the gutters, the front exterior of my house, the tunnel entryway (the walls and floor), and the walkway leading to the front gate. The exterior is stucco so the walls got a soft wash (because it's a more delicate area) and the floors were power washed. The price was reasonable. Isaac was prompt at responding to texts and provided me a detailed service proposal. I liked that he texted me before and after pictures. I'm happy with the results! This was my first time getting a soft wash/power wash and he was very nice at responding to questions/concerns that I had. Some extra things I appreciated about Isaac: My tunnel got a bit flooded with water from all the washing because the floor drain was clogged. He found a plumber online and after I agreed with their quote, he had them come asap to fix the drain. Isaac made sure the flood was gone before he finished work at my house. And he also pressure washed the sidewalk in front of my house, even though I didn't ask him to, so it'll look nicer and for no extra charge. It was 2 years since I last had my windows washed and during that time we had considerable construction done at our home, creating a lot of dust and dirt. Needless to say, the windows were filthy. I received quotes from 6-8 companies and chose World Class Exterior Care. Isaac was very responsive and his quote was the most professional of all the companies, including detailed pricing and even a copy of his workers comp certificate. He was able to accommodate me quickly, texted me when he realized he'd be about 15 minutes late and did a great job. Isaac is amazing! Despite not having too many reviews, we decided to go with World Class Exterior Care for our pressure washing project because of Isaac's professionalism and attitude during our communications, as well as the price. We have a reasonably large backyard that needed some deep cleaning. My husband and I tried to pressure wash it ourselves using a Home Depot rental and spent over 3 hours doing a single corner. We finally gave in and hired Isaac and it was the best choice we made! Isaac showed up exactly when he said he would, and finished the job in an hour and a half. We could barely recognize our yard after he was done! He brought all his own supplies and cleaned up after himself. All-in-all, it was a great experience.
