I write this with an overwhelming sense of disappointment:…read more I am an independent professional musician, teacher, artist, and producer with over thirty years of experience, and I have used D'Addario strings in different guitar models for more than twenty-five years. I bought over a dozen sets of ProArte nylon guitar strings during the past year. More than half of those twelve sets were unusable due to intonation and tuning issues in the first two strings. Last week, I decided to check Google to see whether anyone else was experiencing the same issue because I had assumed that I had simply been unlucky. I was shocked to discover that a lot of people were talking about the same problem on a number of blogs and discussion boards. I opted to write them because several of the sets I got were obtained by redeeming points in my Players Circle Account, rather than through third-party purchases. The response I received stated that I "had to prove the veracity of my words by sending photos of the packaging in which the defective strings came"... Of course, I don't have such proof. After 25 years of purchasing D'Addario and changing thousands of sets of strings on hundreds of guitars, I'm not in the habit of keeping every package to prove I bought it. Dear D'Addario crew company, your response is disappointing, insulting, and violates my right to a good faith transaction anywhere in the world. You merely had to Google my name to realize that I am a legitimate musician and artist who will not defraud people over three sets of strings. Goodbye, D'Addario!!!!!!!!!! I was so grateful for his kind and comprehensive services guiding me on the selection of equipment. He really went out of his way to help me and even gave me additional invaluable advice on attaining the ever elusive altissimo notes. I greatly appreciate all the time he spent trying to assist me!

!!BEWARE!! Weiner…read moremusic is a SCAM Specifically ordered the old style Clark fobes barrel. They sent me the new version. I emailed them right after delivery about this and received no response, but on their website they updated the photo after my email. I called them and said I wanted the old barrel if you can check stock and if not available call me and set up a return. They falsely advertised the incorrect product, and blamed me for this. They deducted $9 for a cleaning fee of a barrel that was never used, and again the incorrect item. The people working the phones are morons and scammers. I utilized this place for years and referring my students to purchase equipment and instruments since 2015. And buying reeds while on broadway tours. That all ends NOW Take your business elsewhere. Photos below show my email complaint. The original photo on my invoice for the barrel I wanted (very blurry pic) and then the return invoice minus $9 with the updated new barrel (that I didn't want)
