When I further probed, is when she finally offered some version of an apology and told me she didn't see me on schedule. Why would I want to purchase a high ticket service from a company who can't follow through on simple appointments or offer any sort of decent customer service? Highly disappointed especially given the good reviews and the fact that I stayed home from work for this!!!!

We lived in the apt during the renovation and his workers were always neat, clean and easy to deal with. They also minimized dust by erecting zip walls and constantly cleaning after themselves. We were very comfortable with his workers being here and Tony usually was working himself or coming by to oversee the work done. We saw him almost every day. The craftmanship that put into the work was extremely well done and was treated like it was their own personal home.
