Located at Wellen Park with the best little stores around it's an awesome place to stroll and enjoy some shopping, sampling and discovering awesome businesses. From fruits and veggies to food trucks to the BEST guac I've ever had in my life (you'll know when you see it and try it) this farmers market has all kinds of things. Makers, creators, healthy ops (hello mushroom tinctures) and even hazelnut butter/spread made from scratch sweetened with monk fruit. This place has so many great gems and it's also surrounded with so many great samples. That way you can try before you buy and discover something new. It's also super dog friendly so be sure to bring your furry child with you, they'll love it too!

During my visit to Florida, I think I ended up visiting about 4 times. During my visits, I purchased pre packaged peanut brittle, fresh baked cinnamon roll ($1.99), hand scooped ice cream (I believe a double scoop was $2.99), an acai bowl ($6.99) and a made fresh to order English muffin sandwich ($3.99). All of the staff was very friendly and didn't dilly dally. Everything was very good. I will definitely be visiting again when I'm in Florida.

I got two carne asada tacos but can't say that I liked the meat ... maybe they switched brands it taste off / different to me- less beefy... this was mostly for my little chihuahua tho and she didn't mind the taste at all! babe loved his burrito, $12 - and his trucking torta, $19 - but said we will have to cut back our visits here to twice a year maybe with these high prices. Both costs increased $1 each. This is a food truck, their hours, locations and updates are usually available on Facebook but there was nothing there about the prices increases, nothing about price changes on their website. I'm sure they changed their Uber eats prices lol but we don't use that but cost is always inflated by uber. Truck is Usually around advanced auto parts just north of the good will of tamiami... I have been unsuccessful at calling in or texting in my orders - no one replies!!! So I just show up at the truck. Today one of the cooks was outside the front of truck smoking a cigarette- I know everyone's entitled but this and the price increase left a bad taste in my mouth, not the ambiance I was looking for . It is what it is I suppose. The farmer's market makes me feel welcome and the vendors are warm and nice and are just good dang people. We buy the same veggies from the same family every week and I honestly think they would notify the police if we did not show up. Everything is delicious and there is not a product I wouldn't be proud to show off in my home. Of course, the doggies make my day bright. So if you want to feel good, just go. I do it every Saturday and even though I'm ready for the next adventure, they keep me coming back for some warmth. Just the brightest spot around. Fresh flowers are great as well! My favorite places are the New York Italian Bread, the honey, the fresh catch fish co, Grammies cakes, Lofra Asian cuisine, and Jimmy's Java. I enjoy perusing the handmade goods - those ocean wave tumblers are gorgeous. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. The next couple of booths I need to try are the empanadas, the kettle corn and the guacamole guys. The streets are closed off so it's safe to walk. People bring their kids and dogs. Bring your own shopping bag or wagon- you're gonna need it. This last time I grabbed a loaf of bread, clam chowder, smoked fish dip, a couple bags of coffee, a large jar of honey, kimchi and dumplings to go, and some local rum. Last time, I got a loaf of bread, a couple cakes, and some fresh veggies. The market is open Saturdays from 8-1. There is a large parking garage that is next to it and the parking is free. Come, buy something, enjoy the music and support local.
