The roads were closed and they were patient and gave us detailed directions and even waited for us even though it took us about 15-20 minutes to get to them. The drivers were courteous and kind and went above and beyond to make sure all of our party was taken care of and safely in the vehicle after a rather crazy night on the town. When we are back in town we know who we will be calling! They are amazing and way cheaper then Uber from Revere to Cambridge (yes we compared first to check).

I called for a quote but for some reason it was processed as an order. He did say it would be around $50. I asked him what he needed if I decided to use service. He said that he needed payment info and to fine tune the instructions. I said I would keep it in mind and hung up. No money was exchanged and no confirmation was sent out. Since I did not receive a good vibe from him, I hired another company. The day of the pick up, he showed up anyway. My employer got in the car thinking it was the reputable company I hired, not Trusted Ride. When the ride was over he asked my boss for payment. My employer was confused as he thought the trip was prepaid. My employer called to let me know what was going on. I spoke with Joseph and told him that I did not hire him, the ride should have never happened and that any instructions would be considered cancelled since nothing was completed. He started yelling and arguing with me. Bottom line, he swooped in and stole the paid trip from another company. It was very shady and I will NOT use this service again. Future customers, be aware.

I saw the sign for Natick, and promptly swung around to get back on the train, but it had already started to take off. It was the last train of the night. Without any other recourse, I started walking out to Rt 9. Yelp told me Wellesley Community Taxi was the closest cab company to me, so I called. I spoke with a gentleman in dispatch and tried to explain where I was by giving him landmarks and cross streets, but he said he needed an address. Fair enough, so I tried to find the address of the building in front of me but couldn't find the number. I tried describing the buildings that I was in front of, but he continued to insist that he needed an address, in an increasingly rude manner. I started running to the next building to find the number there, but he was too busy to wait the 30 seconds and told me he had to go. I was going to be going to Worcester, so the fare would've been substantial, but he obviously had no interest in helping a person in need. It took me two more hours to find a ride home, all thanks to the inconsideration this company has for potential customers. They are inconsiderate, rude, and completely ruthless. I will not be calling them again, even if do become stranded...again.
