No other staff members greeted or acknowledged us throughout the visit. I observed that other patrons were offered champagne during their appointments. We were not offered champagne, water, or any other refreshments. I tried on several gowns, including a Jh Bridal gown that I liked. However, due to the overall customer service experience during my appointment, I will not proceed with purchasing the gown from this boutique.

Even the manager at the end helped pick out my veil to lock the full look in. The staff also made my whole entourage feel good and welcomed too. (I saw some as low as $250). As we came on a Friday, it wasn't too busy so we had the whole shop to ourselves. The person who helped my friend really made sure each dress fit her (adding those finishing touches) and was very good at listening to my friend's feedback and getting other potential dresses that she would like. They also have an in-house seamstress so it was nice to hear what they were reasonably able to pull off. While my friend did not find her dress, the experience overall was still great!

My sales associate Ella was very sweet and really worked hard to try to find multiple dresses in different silhouettes. She went above & beyond to try to make the whole fitting comfortable and accommodate the different opinions of my family who came with me. Definitely ask for her if it's your first time here. She did not pressure me into making a decision & always respected the budget. She was probably my favorite associate to work with out of all the shops I have been to thus far.

Although it sounds like a good idea I don't find the logic on purchasing a dress that needs to be completely redone because it's huge(4 sizes bigger) at another place without a warranty that it will be able to be done .... I understand alterations are often needed, But having to redo a dress is something else . Chances are you won't be able to complete your wedding look here as there's a very tiny selection of accessories to complement the dresses (veils, belts etc...) Despite all my doubts and concerns we purchased a dress here and my daughter is hopeful it will be able to be altered without any issues. In my opinion it's not worth the risk . Service was ok .

Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that. At my second fitting, I noticed a pen stain on the back shoulder of my dress, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame it on me. Thankfully, the stain was removed by the next appointment, but the experience left a bad impression. What was supposed to be my final fitting was even more frustrating. The waist was still two inches too big. I was told this was because I had "lost too much weight," but in reality the dress looked unchanged from the previous fitting, which makes me believe they simply forgot to alter it. Because of this, I had to schedule yet another fitting just 3 to 4 days before my wedding. Even then, the alterations did not come out the way I wanted, and by that point it was too late to fix. The stress this caused so close to my wedding was unnecessary and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend anyone use A La Mode Bridal for dress alterations.

We first looked at David's Bridal & the dresses were bland & overpriced for what your were getting. I met the owner & he was very friendly & very helpful. I ended up purchasing her a dress ($49) & a petticoat to make the dress wider. My daughter loved her dress & the bride was extremely pleased herself. This place is a one stop shop for your bridal needs (flower girl dresses). If you need a flower girl or hostess dress, or looking for dresses for the fifteens, this is the place. I will definitely be back to expand my daughter's hair bow collections.

I saw some dresses I had seen at a bridal boutique for $70 for a flower girl and here it was $49. They had a huge selection for little girl dresses. And they had ALL sizes for the same dress. I bought my son a tuxedo for $35. They also sell vests of all colors for $21. Staff is very helpful. The reason for 4 stars is because the sales lady asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. I told her I was looking around and if I needed help I would definitely ask her. But she kept coming back showing me dresses that I really didn't like and I felt bad telling her I didn't like them. She kept following me around the store and I would've liked her to just step back and let me look without any pressure. And when I got a dress she took it away from me and took it to the changing area. When I approached the area she took it off the hanger to try on, which is fine BUT when I asked her how much the dress was again she got another hanger that was not the one my dress was hanging on and gave me the price of $89 when the dress was $59 (the prices are marked on the hanger). So be very careful when you pull a dress, look at the price before they take it from you to hold. Cause they might change hangers and give you a higher price than what it originally was. I did not take the dress and after I told her it was too expensive she did try to cut me a deal but I still didn't take it. There were other people there negotiating prices and it sounded like the staff was giving them discounts. So you might want to ask for a deal. If you have an event coming up, definitely come here to look around the prices are affordable. And the dresses are of good quality!
