I visited Belle Ame Bridal with my older sister after scheduling an appointment to view Sen Studio gowns. During the appointment, one consultant assisted me with trying on dresses. No other staff members greeted or acknowledged us throughout the visit. I observed that other patrons were offered champagne during their appointments. We were not offered champagne, water, or any other refreshments. I tried on several gowns, including a Jh Bridal gown that I liked. However, due to the overall customer service experience during my appointment, I will not proceed with purchasing the gown from this boutique. read more

My best friend booked a 90 min bridal appointment here, it was her first time wedding dress shopping. Upon entering, you'll see a beautiful floral arch. #Instagramworthy Due to covid, my best friend was only able to invite 2 people, her mom and myself. Tiffany informed us that she needed to sanitize everything before we entered. This establishment was clean, and I appreciate that they took necessary precautions. Although this bridal boutique is small, they have a lot to offer. Tiffany walked us through the whole process, educated us on the types of wedding dresses, and the turnaround time to order/ for alterations. My best friend tried on a number of dresses that she loved. The appointment went by quick! Overall, we had a great experience. The ladies at Belle Ame bridal are so sweet and accommodating! I had less than an hour to do a try-on appointment as I was only in town for the day. They helped me in and out of their beautiful dresses and made sure that I stayed on time for the rest of my day, even though it was not a typical appointment. The space is lovely inside and they offer styles that are made in-house/ you cannot find anywhere else. This review is for their in-house alterations. I scheduled my alterations here a bit late at around a little over a month before my event and man was that some right timeline in hindsight. The in-house alterations is done by Tisa and she is an absolute magician!! I had lots of custom design changes that I wanted to have done to my dress and she was able to deliver! Not only deliver in such a short time but truly made it my own. 100% would recommend working with their in-house alterations because Tisa is a true seamstress who know what she's doing (and has been doing for many years). read more

As much as I enjoy attention (ha!), I quickly found that bridal gown shopping was not my jam. However, that changed when we rounded out the day with Linda (and Tiffany). These owners made me feel like I was the only bride they'd ever styled! The selection is impeccable (and diversified), the price points are digestible, the ambiance is welcoming and "girly" and they let us come tipsy from Bosscat and enjoy the champagne that we packed in our own coolers. I had alot of anxiety and pressure going into this once in a lifetime decision, and Linda made the experience not only tolerable, but tons of fun. They have a great variety of sizes and styles, the boutique is so cute and Tiffany (one of the owners) did not pressure me or add any extra stress to my dress decision! I said yes to the dress here so I def recommend it! Judy, Lynda, and Tiffany are the cutest sisters and are so talented and passionate about what they do! The store is also gorgeousss. I went to this store on a whim because my mom and aunt were in town and wanted to see me try on a few more dresses after visiting two bridal salons. This was by far the best experience I had out of the three stores. I did not feel rushed at all and was not limited to how many dresses I could try on. Judy and Lynda picked out THE dress for me. It was unlike any dress I had tried on or seen before, and it was a done deal the moment I put it on! They were also super accommodating when I wanted to come back in and try it on again for several of my bridesmaids a couple of weeks later. The shop feels very dreamy and romantic, I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The staff is super knowledgeable and as sweet as can be. This store had many great choices with various price ranges and styles. I was especially happy that they had more classic, simple dresses, which I had been looking for many places. The appointment wasn't anything spectacular. I was grateful that they were taking appropriate Covid precautions, but it was unsettling that when I revealed that I was a healthcare worker I was quizzed as to whether I see Covid patients before being allowed into the store, even after I revealed that I had been vaccinated. I don't typically work with Covid patients, but I do have access to PPE and regularly wear an N-95 mask, face shield, gown, and gloves. To me, that is much more safe than people participating in risky social activities. I also didn't appreciate that I was told off the bat that I was limited to trying on 8 gowns and was asked to hang up the dresses after trying them on.
