She also informed us of nutrition classes that they held in the office an said she would find out date and see if we wanted to attend. She called us at home and informed us someone would contact us to schedule for the Nutrition class. The front desk ladies are very nice and friendly as well as the ladies that draw blood for labs. Dr. Joshua Hollinger is our primary doctor and he is great! We have been coming here for awhile. It is very close and a convenient location.

While I was warned about problems with some of the doctors by other individuals in the community the research I ran across was a little different. WELL THE RESEARCH WAS WRONG!. My mother was discharged with staph infection and ecoli and was in a lot of pain and discomfort on the day she was discharged. I don't blame doctor Lu for all of it because the way we were treated by one of the charge nurses on the day of discharge was obvious it was a team decision. She went into crisis twice while hospitalized and had I not been there she'd be dead. To make matters worse we did not receive a post discharge phone call to follow up to see how my mother is doing and there's no excuse for that because they have two telephone numbers to reach me, home number and cell. We will never use this hospital again and won't recommend it to anyone....

I love Dr. Baker, quick to correct she's a nurse practitioner (UIW, and women's college in TX). She is Sharp, concise, charismatic, thorough. I like her because I immediately gained a sense of trust. Blood work, EKG, urine sample, and scheduled a Cologuard poop in a box. Thyroid test is also planned. I'm telling you my life story Because that's how thorough they are. Is yours? No regrets. A few months ago they got two new ones and our normal one left. The new PA Brandi is ridiculous. She's condescending & unreasonable. I saw her a day or two ago and explained to her that I'm losing my health insurance for 60-90 days because I'm changing jobs. She kept wanting to refer me for physical therapy & a clinic...WHAT INSURANCE AM I GOING TO USE?!?!! I repeatedly told her I wasn't going to have insurance & she continued to insist on treatment rather than medication & I get it that's probably better for me but I'm not going to have coverage to maintain it. They said i had a balance when i paid out of pocket for everything the last visit and what was there i was told was going to be voided. Then my prescriptions are set for every 3 months and i come to pick it up and all of a sudden they have no prescription? That's ridiculous I've been using planned parenthood since 2021 but after two of three visits at this location being terrible i can't see myself coming back. Which is sad because it's really not even the doctors fault. I just wish office staff would be more friendly and better trained.
