I highly recommend this clinic. The staff and the Dr. Frausto were excellent. I had virtually no wait and was out in a very reasonable amount of time. I went in with a deep cut on my foot. The nurse and doctor were very thorough in my treatment. The clinic is very neat and clean and everyone wore a mask. The absolute worse experience. I went in with covid had diarrhea for 5 days the Dr. Refused to give me an IV. I was so weak. He was extremely rude saying there is nothing we can do for you. I explained my symptoms. He says the IV is $500.00. I thought for a couple seconds then I said I will take it. I need it. He takes my blood pressure and say no you don't, I asked how do you know he says because I know. He proceeds to say you have Covid there is nothing I can do for you, nothing we here can do, I can't help you He says. I paid $160.00 for them to take my blood pressure and kick me to the curb. Next day I go into the ER at the hospital. The Dr at ER at Santa Rosa Westover Hills does some test and says, I have never seen anyone with these #'s be responsive. My sodium was 107. I was admitted into ICU for 6 days. The Dr. at Complete Emergency Care couldn't/ wouldn't help me. Thank God I went in to the ER or I wouldn't be here today. I highly recommend Complete Emergency Care! They truly empathize and listen to your health concerns. Our RN Vicente was friendly, super sweet, and makes you feel like family. We were seen by Dr. Tim Vu who was extremely knowledgeable, explains thoroughly, and answers all of your questions. You will leave here feeling like you gained medical knowledge from how well he explains what is happening internally. Three urgent care trips to Texas Well Med Clinic (along with tons of pills), three negative covid tests, and a trip to my son's pediatrician all in the same week left me feeling overwhelmed because my son wasn't getting any better. While visiting our son, I became ill. I searched on Yelp for the closest ER and found Complete Emergency Care. All I can say is wow! I was greeted kindly by the receptionist, completed my intake information and was called to the back by Ms. Kate. Kate was kind, sweet and efficient. As soon as she reviewed my medical history and took my vitals, she said that the Dr. Vu be with me shortly. Wasn't but a couple minutes and Dr. Vu entered the room. He listened to my symptoms and valued my feedback from my past medical procedures. From the moment I entered the facility , through my tests that were run until I was released, I felt I was treated in a kind and dignified manner. Everyone was sweet and wrote a "love note" on my release papers. And Dr. Vu personally reached out to me this morning to check on me. As a person whom has much experience in customer relations, patient relations and has worked previously in the medical profession, I highly rate Complete Emergency Care! read more

Took my 2 year old in because of high fever for 24 hours. Couldn't get into our pedi office so came here. No wait time, staff was so great. I just wanted to make sure she didn't have an ear infection or strep. Rather than charge me up the wall for testing, the doctor told me her ears were good and her throat was good. It was most likely viral and even if they tested to see what it was, the remedy is fluids and rest for flu or covid. She was in good health despite the 101 fever. He gave me some options and I opted to bring her back if she took a turn for the worse. Thankfully she didn't, he was right and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for them just checking her vitals. Thank God for this place. read more

Went in today after a car accident. Was welcomed by super nice young lady at the reception area. Explained my situation and she gave forms to fill out. Waited like possibly 5-10 minutes then called to the back was welcomed by everyone in the back area super nice people and very welcoming and helpful. Make you feel like they care about you. Dr came in also super funny and listened and then explaining everything they are going to look at and what he recommends to be done. Then comes back and explains again what they found and what kind of treatment he will recommend. For feeling not so good this facility makes you feel better. Wanted to let everyone know about my latest experience at Complete Emergency Care on Culebra: My 19 month old had some inflammation in her eyes as well as a cough and runny nose. We see Dr. Wu who tells us it's allergies and gives us a prescription for allergies and some eye drops. Well the eye drops turn the babies eyes super red. I call and talk to the doctor and he says that's normal and that means the medicine is working and she should be looking better the next day. The next day rolls around and her eyes are still really red. I take her back up to Complete Urgent Care and see a different doctor who also says it's allergies but says no more eye drops. I take the baby home to monitor and she is starting to have discharge come out of her eyes that is progressively getting worse. We take her to the Pedi ER at North Central Baptist. The doc walks in, looks at her, says it's pink eye, gives us a prescription for antibiotic eye drops and almost instantly she starts to improve. I call to talk to the head charge nurse at Complete Urgent Care to discuss why 2 different doctors misdiagnosed and potentially endangered my baby. The head charge nurse isn't in but I'm assured that I'll get a call back within 24 hours. 2 weeks go by and no phone call. I call again and ask to speak to someone about the incident, no call back. Apparently they don't care if your kids are properly treated or receive the proper medication. Be warned, don't take you or your kids to Complete Urgent Care. read more

I took my 5 year old daughter to them on a weekend when she showed no signs of improvement after a bout with the flu. The doctor came in and seemed pleasant enough to her but did not do a thorough examination. In fact, I had to ask the nurse to call him back in to listen to her lungs. While not a doctor, I was concerned with pneumonia. He briefly listened to her chest and said "all clear". The next day we made a follow up appointment with her pediatrician who took one listen to her lungs and informed us that there was a very, very loud wheeze. Two nebulizer treatments later, she still wasn't satisfied and told us if one more didn't improve her breathing a little bit, we'd be admitted to the hospital. Fortunately the third round took and we got sent home with a nebulizer, two different antibiotics, an oral steroid, a diagnosis of severe bronchitis and instructions to give her albuterol every 4 hours around the clock for 48 hours and then return for a follow up. The doctor that I had to ask to listen to her lungs at Complete Urgent Care gave us an "all clear" the day before. You get exactly 1 chance when it's that significant and regarding my child. I will personally choose the ER, or a TexasMed Clinic for my after hours or weekend needs. read more

The doctor was creepy. He wasnt helpful and the nurse just stood there against the wall looking at the floor. They were 100% unable to help me. I ended up having a serious health issue and he just looked at what I went in for and told me to follow up with my primary care doctor. He did nothing for me. They made me feel weird and uncomfortable. I will never go back there and I will make sure anyone who is looking for an urgent care facility is told about how bad this place was. Located in a strip mall, Complete Urgent Care is a great addition to the Far West Side of town. My husband, in a quest to relive his youth, went skateboarding and did some major damage to his knee. He didn't have a primary physician so we chose Complete Urgent Care because they have a set contract with his insurance, United Healthcare. The rate is $115 for whatever they have to do, xrays, lab test etc while Texas Med Clinic starts at $106 and can go up from there. We walked in (well I walked, he hobbled) and were greeted promptly, filled out forms and paid the fee. About 15 minutes later we were placed in a room while a nurse took his bp and heard his story. They had a tv in the waiting WITH remote which is a big deal to me because I was prepared for an hour wait, but no more than 10 minutes later Dr. Kacprowicz was examining him. Bad news: suspected torn ACL. Good news: they made us an appt for an MRI that was included in the fee. They also gave him an immobilizer and a prescription for pain meds. All in all, we received great service and care and the entire visit was less than an hour. Only reason I didn't rate five stars is that the surgeon we decided to go with said the immobilizer was causing swelling in my husbands knee. read more

Best urgent care service I've ever had. For the military people on this side of town this place is WAY faster than Lackland's Urgent Care where you're fighting for slots against tech schoolers just trying to get out of a days worth of training. I had a skateboarding accident a few months back and the people were amazing, fast, and sympathetic to this mommie's bonding effort with her youngster. Even with follow up care they were amazing, explained everything to me and sent a referral for my physical therapy. the staff entertained my kiddo while I was being treated as well. It was a great experience for me and I would recommend it to my buddies. read more

Even if I have a negative experience anywhere, it doesn't upset me as much as this place did. I went in with severe stomach pains, they did some tests on me and said i must have GAS or just need to use the restroom. Excuse me?? I went to another place they ran tests on me as well and discovered I had a TUMOR the size of a tennis ball. Please do not waste your money on this place for them to misdiagnose you & tell you to just use the bathroom and that it's just gas. That was ridiculous!!!!!! Terrible!!! read more

My family and I are new to Texas and stumbled upon this place looking for an emergency room. But we didn't want to go to the hospital and risk having a crazy medical bill being uninsured. I've been here twice now and they've been super fast, friendly, and clean. My family and I just got in a car accident. We got treated super fast. They took care of my children very well. They even called a few days later to check on how we're doing. I've never had a place do that before. Overall we highly recommend. Short wait times and great staff! read more

Two rapid tests came back invalid so they did a PCR test with results expected within 2 days. I called on 3rd day and they cannot find my results. I normally go to the 1604/Bandera location but the wait time was too long so I decided to try this location and hope I never need to again. read more

SCORPION STING! New to San Antonio and the perils of living here. My wife was stung in the living room of our new house and we rushed over here. I was less than courteous on the phone yelling at them to confirm they could handle a scorpion sting while racing through traffic. Neither of us knew these were not much worse than a bee sting and we were convinced these were our last moments together. When we got there we ran in barefoot and I was yelling for help. Thankfully the skilled and calming staff quickly had us checked in and she was seen. The doctor confirmed my terrible picture of the scorpion was a Texas bark scorpion. Jerry was fantastic at calming her down and with giving her a steroid shot. Dr. Vu was very knowledgeable and patient with my mother in law who was checking in via FaceTime. He waited until we were comfortable with the treatment plan and made sure all of our concerns were met. The front desk staff was careful to help us save money and made sure to call the insurance company and deal with them when blue cross blue shield Florida happened to be down for maintenance so we were not charged. Jerry even took us out to show us the secret spot to view fireworks when we were finishing up. This clinic was the best place we could have gone. I'm so glad to have them nearby. Too bad the scorpions may force us to move. read more

First off, the staff and doctors were friendly and seemed to understand what they were doing. The facilities were clean. There was virtually NO WAIT when I went. These are all good things. However, a nice big fat bill arrived at my house via my insurance company. This place wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for an x-ray and a strep test, along with an antibiotic shot. I paid my copay up front, and was totally cool with that. Went back and got the usual tests (BP, temp, etc.). Then the doc came in. I told him about my unrelated symptoms. A hurting rib. A sore throat. He gave a strep test and it was positive, so I got a couple shots. Then he mentions an x-ray to see if my rib is broken. He explains that even if it is broken, there's not much in the way of treatment, so I'm sort of lukewarm to the whole idea. I ask him how much would it cost. He asks if I have insurance (I do). Then says "we could run a million dollars worth of tests and it wouldn't cost you anything". I take him at that. Cut to a couple weeks after and a bill for thousands of dollars. I cannot, and will not, pay this. If my insurance didn't cover it, it's up to you people to notify me before I have costly tests done, especially if I specifically ask beforehand. It's a scam. Had they told me "No, your insurance probably won't cover this x-ray, and it will cost you a lot of money" I would have refused that test. Anyone would. So, check before hand to make sure your insurance covers this sort of thing. I just assumed mine did since it's pretty good insurance. Or, if you're just cool with paying an arm and a leg for simple tests, this is the place for you! read more

Been here a few times now for myself and family and there is zero wait time. They are open 24 hours, all the staff and doctors i have dealt with are great and honest. They also do not try to put you on something that you do not need. Much of my USA experience with doctors has been more like business sell him this service of that service and i have very little trust in doctors here. Thankfully this is one location that I do trust. Very happy with them and will highly recommend. Also love the fact that they have a cap on your visit so if you have HSA that takes some stress away. read more

Bedside manner is amazing, the nurses were able to calm me down through some serious anxiety.
