NP Michelle completed a thorough assessment, and Dr. Harrison did an excellent job placing sutures while ensuring my daughter was as comfortable as possible. My daughter was extremely anxious, but every member of the team showed patience, kindness, and reassurance throughout the visit. A special thank you to Nurse Sam, who went above and beyond to help my daughter take her antibiotics, something that was not easy given her anxiety. We were also very impressed with how quickly everything was handled; we were in and out within an hour, which is rare for any emergency care setting. Overall, an outstanding experience during a stressful situation. We are very grateful for the level of care and compassion we received.

They made sure my daughter understood everything that was happening and constantly checked in to make sure she felt heard and comfortable. They truly treated her like more than just a patient. She was able to have a CT done there, and the results confirmed appendicitis. The team explained every next step in such a simple and reassuring way, which helped calm all of our fears. They also communicated everything directly to the Children's Hospital we were transferred to and even arranged ambulance transportation for us. In one of the most stressful moments as a parent, they made us feel cared for, supported, and safe. I am beyond grateful for the incredible care they provided. They never bother to update, making it either impossible or almost impossible to be directed to the right person as well as the right location in order to be able to be taken in as a new patient. You need to do hard research before you attempt to go or you were trying to go because you were most likely end up with an out of network provider and be forced to pay upfront everything out-of-pocket full price because the careless and negligent health system is almost impossible to use. Update: the owner says the information is inaccurate, but if he took the time to call the number listed on the Google reviews and if he told the representative that he uses Molina healthcare and he's looking for a primary care provider, they would be told exactly what I was told.
