They knew i was being transferred to the sierra campus so they just pretended I wasn't there. I would not go back into that emergency room for anything. What made matters worst i just got my explanation of benefits and they charged my insurance close to Ten Grand. And they want me to pay 150. They didn't do anything for 10 grand. , some gauze and tape and that's it. In the 4 hours there i had to use the restroom and I couldn't get anyone to help me. Got my self to a wheel chair that happens to be in the room and wheeled my self to the restroom. I couldn't get the door open and slide wheel chair in and the two nurses in the hall didn't even bother to help. Worst care. They must have made up stuff in my record to get ins company to pay that bill. I will find out. Im going to launch an investigation. DONT even think of using that ER. The doctor came in looked at my wound and walked out. Never to be seen again

The first person you will see is Ale, she runs the front desk and is always so helpful with setting appointments or getting things done. Now onto the nurses, there is Marianna (who I have known since day one of my treatment), Cody, and a few others I don't know their names yet because they're new.
