I had a minor complication after surgery and they stood by me, taking turns attending to me until the problem was fixed. Every person that I interacted with was patient, friendly and compassionate. Once I filled in the paperwork. I only sat a short time before being brought to the back room. It is mostly a huge room divided by half walls. There are about two dozen electric recliners. On the walls are four huge TV's but were never on when I was there. On one side there are multiple desks for the NP's. A couple of private exam rooms. I should mention, I have yet to see a doctor here. All medical personnel are Nurse Practitioners. So I am seated in a recliner, nurse asks which arm and she pokes the needle in. Then I sit for at least 20 minutes to see if I have any reactions. If not, then I am sent on my way. Their are other there that get IV's. I was unaware that there was such a large market for these injection centers. Everyone I dealt with here has been kind and professional.

For the few weeks prior to surgery, the 3 weeks I was in Austin during the surgery and for the following weeks post surgery...Tommie was just exceptional on the phone and through portal messages. Henry as well could not have been more supportive in the weeks post surgery. It was/is obvious to me that Dr. Cuellar has perfected this mode of prostate surgery and I'd recommend him to anyone considering aquablation.
