I was treated only with rude sideways glances, and indifference from the staff when I asked several times how much longer it would take to call me in. I waited just over an hour to be called in to the exam room, only to continue to wait an additional thirty minutes - and counting, and I've yet to meet with the Nurse Practitioner Munoz. Finally, 60 seconds of care. I don't know who to blame. I love Dr. Reynoso. I have been his patient for almost 25 years. He's a wonderful doctor, and an even better human being.

I am start by saying if i could put zero stars I would .Horrible experience my mom gave birth in…read morethat hospital her words "worst birth she has ever had" and that cause she has had 5 other before and the nurses in the third floor the worst they wouldn't let my mom have visitors and she was in the room all by herself in pain because a stupid nurse didn't give her the pump to give medication (the epidural) so she was in pain also my mom pressed the call light or button SIX TIMES nobody came they only spoke throught the control thing and would hang up cause they couldn't hear anything but because my mom was in so much pain she couldn't speak and them not checking up on her is negligence and I should know cause I studying last year for a CNA and passed .It was outrageous my mom was in excruciating pain and nobody want to see there mom or love ones go throught that . They should honestly take that nurses license or certification away and , the same lady that didn't let me and my grandma enter with my mom is the same nurse that didn't give my mom the pump to put more medication.

Clinic not liable for any malpractice done by their own providers. My son had a procedure done by…read moreone of their PAs. The procedure was not done properly so I took my son back to the clinic to get it fixed or at least checked but was told by their office that in order to be seen, I would have to pay the full visit amount, then if the procedure had to be redone, I would be responsible to pay for that as well. No discounts, no refunds what so ever. I had just paid them full price for the procedure just the previous week and now they wanted me to pay again even though it was clearly their PA's mistake.
