Horrible, horrible experience, absolutely not recommended! First, they are so focused on payment, made me pay upfront. I tried using my debit card and they said they couldn't use it so I needed to give my credit card but they charged an extra fee for me using it even though there shouldn't have been an issue with my debit card. Second, there were 4 students in the room plus the doctor which felt intrusive and overwhelming. They put you on the spot and ask do you mind but it was very uncomfortable. Third and worst, they referred my case out to a surgeon and said they would be in touch with me. Three weeks later I heard from no one. I called left a message and when someone got back to me a week later, it wasn't about the referral, it was to ask about how my experience was! I asked them about what happened with the referral and why no one called me back and they said they didn't know and they were calling me from their home so they weren't in the office! That made me feel great about my HIPAA info being used outside the office in someone's home. She finally got in touch with doctor who said the surgeon doesn't take my insurance but there was no follow up from there. I had an issue that I could have addressed almost a month sooner if they were organized enough to provide patient care. And then today they call my wife to say they've been trying to get in touch with me because I have an outstanding payment!!! Which feels like a complete violation and my wife is listed as an emergency contact not someone to call so they can get $68. PS I paid this the day after they sent the invoice in April!! It is now July 21st!!! I didn't get any emails from them since the original invoice. Completely disorganized and frankly bizarre management! I would not trust them with your care. read more

This place is terrible!! The dr looks at you for 2 seconds & gives you a cream. Come back in 2 weeks, go back -another co-pay -she says give it another 2 weeks, meanwhile no improvement. Go back again -another copayment -no improvement. That's it, I'm done !!! Don't waste your time !!! read more

I went for some scalp issues, I'm not a dr but I was experiencing what I thought was scalp psoriasis because of how it looked and felt (thankfully it's gone now but I still never got my answer so idk what that was) and I wanted to be seen by the doctor. I also have bags under my eyes I wanted addressed. After waiting for about an hour, the dr came in. She is a professional medical gaslighter based on my experience and after reading the other reviews. She looked at my scalp for 5 seconds and said she saw no signs of anything...ma'am I have flaking all over and scabs on the top of my head and I know I can see it so idk why you can't. She wrote a script for a mail in pharmacy for a cream. 100$ cream that never came and I never heard from the pharmacy regardless of how many times I called them. For the bags, the only recommendation was spending thousands on thousands for under eye lasoring. I've since seen another derm and have had success at such a cheaper uninflated price. I don't normally leave these reviews, but the experience I had was SO poor, I need people to know. I tried to deal with this directly with the practice, but refused to waive the small balance ($50) to try to make things right. They had the audacity of inviting me to come back and spend MORE money at a practice that I don't feel had an appropriate level of attention paid to the issue I came in for, (followed by a misdiagnosis followed by lying about the medication that was prescribed). They could have let this go, but instead have decided not to, instead showing the focus on monetary concerns instead of actual service for your patients. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS I made an appointment on 7/19. I received a call two days later stating that the Dr. would not be in that day and asking to reschedule to 7/21. "Ok," I think "No problem. Life happens." I rearrange my schedule to come in at the new time. I was experiencing an abnormal breakout on both arms, and had concerns as I had never experienced this before and I am in my late 30s. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, as requested. I was brought into the room a few minutes early. I waited for over 85 minutes for someone to show up, with no one to check up on me or let me know what was happening. The Dr. FINALLY came in, took a cursory glance at my arms, made an off handed comment of how "boys don't shower" and handed me a slip of paper letting me know that my prescription would be filled by a mail-in pharmacy. She was there for maybe 5 minutes. I didn't receive a diagnosis. My questions were not addressed. My concerns were not spoken about. She basically told be I was dirty and I left. The medication she prescribed was VERY expensive ($90/month AFTER insurance). I called back with my concerns about the cost and inquire about alternatives. I was told that the medication would last for 3 month (and the pharmacy misinformed me) and there were no alternatives. That was a lie. Almost 1 month to the day later I ran out of my prescription, which had caused discoloration of clothing, a massive breakout of blackheads (which I had never had before), and didn't treat the issue. Fed up, I got a second opinion. Turns out my reaction was a photosensitivity to a medication I was on (which is apparently a VERY common side effect and should have been easily recognizable since it was the tops of my arms that see the sun that had the issue and that was the only location). A steroid ($3) solved the issue. Please do not waste your time with this office. You will not receive the time or attention you deserve. read more

They have diagnosed to several skin problems and successfully treated them I'm very happy with them especially their continued ability to spot the skin cancers that I have. read more

For my first visit, they called twice to reschedule my appointment. Once there, I waited 30 minutes to be seen. The doctor was rushed and barely spent any time talking to me. She did not seem interested whatsoever. The front desk (in an incredibly pushy way) then tried to sell me the products made by the doctor, including her line of makeup. I cancelled my second visit via their text message service because I did not want to ever go there again. I then get a phone call asking me if I want to reschedule my "upcoming visit". This office is clearly very disorganized. What's worse is that it seems like they are trying to make a quick buck from their products and not interested in helping people. I have never reviewed any doctor but I felt like people should be warned about this awful place. read more

I was prescribed something in the first visit and asked to come back in 14 days. That drug can not be used after 14 days. So request for the next visit was genuine. On the second visit, I was not given a prescription and instead was given samples and asked to come back if the samples does not work (by the way, the prescription of the free sample cost 7 dollars). I was told that the next office visit within 7 days won't cost a dime (in fact written on the back of the appointment card by the assistant). I went the third time. The prescription was given a third time as would have been the second time and could have been asked to come back the third time it does not work. Now a month later, I have been billed for the third visit as well. When I confronted, sweet-talking ladies pretended they did not know and asked for the appointment card. My mistake was that I did not keep that appointment card. Who would have thought that a medical office will stoop to this level of lying to make a patient visit again? A day later the sweet talk turned into a threat about sending collectors even though I told them that I am willing to pay if the billing was not a mistake.
