Doctor was in rush. He spent less then a minute - no questions asked if the patient is on any medications. - no questions on history of symptoms - no questions on other complications related to symptoms. - dr Parmvir singh quickly prescribed something that my son is already taking. He didn't even discuss what is prescribing. - no recommendations... no care, he was in so much rush that prescription was unknown till he prescribed... Now in order to get another prescription we need to take another appointment and wait for few day.. because their internal will not allow doctors to chat or consult over the phone. After searching through many Miradry providers in New Jersey, Robbinsville, and even New York City, I decided to go with the most affordable and best reviewed practice. I'm happy I chose Aura Dermatology . The Miradry reviews were great on google, and I needed to see for myself. I've suffered hyperhidrosis for many years. Not so much sweaty hands, sweaty feet, but for embarrassing underarm sweat. The cost of Miradry was minimal to all the Botox injections I would have had to get through the years . It is permanent and was painless for me. The procedure went quicker than expected , and I even got to see the cool Emsculpt machine . Which I've wanted to try for a year now. It literally works your muscles out for you while you are lying down. My friend got his abs done- and loved it. It's been three days and so far I love the results of Miradry. I went through no pain,my armpits were a little swollen but decreased after the 2nd day. The best part? My sweat is virtually gone. The office: Absolutely fantastic provider. The office is clean and bright. The staff adhere to COVID-19 guidelines and are consistent with precautions. I have observed staff taking client temperatures, cleaning common areas, and providing covid questionnaires during each visit. The staff is courteous and offer superb customer service. The doctors and aesthetician: Dr. Sapana Patel DNP, APN-BC was attentive, confident, and really knowledgeable. She offered a clear and concise plan for my skin care. She answered my questions without hesitations. Thus far, her recommendations have proven successful in the health and overall appearance of my skin. Komal Patel, Aesthetician is heaven sent! The doctor rushed unnecessarily. He didn't make his best effort to understand the reason for visit and jumped to the treatment plan.

I have been calling them since yesterday, put myself in a queue hoping to get a return phone call! Haven't received a call yet till the next day! Wondering how their queue system works I have called twice in the last twenty minutes got music to hold and eventually put through to answering machine!!!! Not taking that chance called again same thing music to hold and eventually put through to answering machine!! I am wondering what is the office staff doing? are they giving treatments to the patients?? Why are they not available to pick up patient phone calls? I need a prescription refilled there is no appointment available till five weeks but Dr Vaidya is refusing to refill my prescription till he sees me! So I feel I am being held hostage for my medication and that is why I was calling to tell the Dr to squeeze me in earlier so I can get my injection refill which is overdue!!!! But the staff is not picking up my phone so wonder how we can get this done! I am very disappointed by their service!!!!!'n read more

My husband and myself were both patients of Dr. Vaidya's when he was at Princeton Dermatology. I just had my first appointment at his new office, Aura Dermatology in Robbinsville. Aura dermatology staff is great. Their office is very clean and modern. Products they offer however do not show results so buyer beware ! I spent thousands on cool sculpting there as they recommended multiple areas and two treatments for each area. Literally have ZERO results. They should honor the fact that their services did nothing and either refund me or at least offer another treatment. The assured me results vary which I understand however results should be something not nothing. Be careful what services you chose and make sure you speak to them prior and if you get NO results know they will do something for you. Feel like I was scammed. read more

LOVE this place. Very clean, friendly staff, quick and efficient service. I went during the pandemic and they were very careful in ensuring I wore a mask, taking my temperature immediately and providing hand sanitizer. Both members of staff at the front desk were polite and helpful; and the nurse was a very sweet person who also answered any questioned I had with a smile! As for the doctor himself, he was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was talking about. He not only explained what I needed, but took the time to help me understand exactly what was going on and why. I have been to many dermatology offices and this was by far the best experience. This is the dermatology office to go to, hands down. I've been dealing with acne and other minor skin concerns over the years and have tried several derms in NJ. None compare to Aura - the office is super clean, staff are friendly, I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Best of all is Dr. Vaidya. I went to Aura Dermatology to get a facial peel done. This was my first time going to any dermatology center to get any type of treatment so I was a little anxious. However the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the staff was extremely friendly and the esthetician was extremely knowledeable and took the time to properly examine my skin and throroughly explain the entire process to me. She also offered further suggestions to improve my skincare regime which was very helpful. The peel she did worked amazing, my skin has been glowing for days and I've received so many compliants. I don't even wear foundation as much anymore! The space is very clean and they are very cautious with regards to COVID. Had my first appointment the other day for a rash that I had on my scalp. I wasn't happy with my previous dermatologist so I was looking for a new one. I saw Dr. V. He was very informative and knowledgeable! The staff is also very friendly and helpful! They called in my prescription to the Apotheco Pharmacy and it was sent to my house the next day!
