I've always had great experiences, but this last visit really stood out. Mary was my therapist, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her energy was so calming and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and took the time to really understand what I wanted to get out of my appointment. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing the best experience possible. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to booking with her again. The only downside was that my appointment started about 15 minutes late because the client before me arrived late, which pushed the entire schedule back. Unfortunately, I had another commitment afterward and couldn't stay later, so I ended up losing part of my appointment time. I understand that delays happen, but I think a better solution would be to either reschedule significantly late clients or shorten their appointment so the rest of the day's schedule isn't impacted. It was disappointing to lose time from my service due to circumstances outside of my control. That said, Mary handled the situation with professionalism and made the most of the time we had. Her excellent care more than made up for the delay, and I'll definitely be returning.

I told the esthetician that I have sensitive skin and to please adjust products accordingly. She told me I was wrong and didn't have sensitive skin. I should have left then but I thought once she looked at it under the light she would see I was correct. Oh how I was wrong. I even told her during the facial that my skin was a tingly and felt funny. Im kicking myself for not getting up and leaving then too. So now I'm having to schedule a dermatology appointment because my skin looks like strawberry. It is red and itchy and burns. They may do ok with skin that isn't sensitive but I don't recommend even trying it with sensitive skin. Also don't add on the additional massage. It wasn't a real massage. Pressure was light and that is being generous. It felt more like she was putting lotion on my skin. With all the places in St Louis, I would find a different place for a facial and massage.

I've been to Paradise three times as it is near my job. The massages themselves were okay...very lazy. All three. Didn't really feel like a real massage, more like they were just rubbing oil on me. But what upset me the most was that two out of the three times (the 1st and 3rd visit) the masseuse made a sad/disappointed face when I gave her a tip. The first time was for a 60 minute massage and I tipped $15. The third time was for a 90 minute massage and I tipped $20. Not sure what they were expecting for such a lack luster massage with no bells or whistles. So I think I'll pass from now on.

This is the walk around in complementary white robes type of spa. The spa has affordable bundles and à la carte options for whatever your needs may be. They do offer pregnancy services as well. They have a full nail salon as well and are accepting walk-ins. I do recommend having a reservation, but at least give them a call ahead of time. Accessibility note: the only thing not accessible is the head spa area as it is down a flight of stairs. All other spa areas can be made accessible.
