When I inquired about what I needed he asked me what insurance I had and then informed me he did not take that insurance. I could if I had the coupon pay the $550 cost of the drug I required. That it was in stock. I left the store disappointed. But on HIS recommendation I rang my insurance company. While my online pharmacy (which doesn't over night my drug like he told me they would). My online pharmacy was trying to find somebody who had the 5.0mg in stock informed me I could use insurance at Southpoint Pharmacy! I was surprised but thought maybe he had made a mistake. I rang the store back. He confirmed that he LIED to me. This is a medical professional lying to somebody who really needs a particular drug. When challenged about the lie he and I quote said "Yes I lied". I am warning people stay well away from a Pharmacy that LIES to potential customers could do serious damage to people's health in future.

They fill our prescriptions so quickly - by the time I leave a doctor's appointment just 5 minutes away they are already calling to tell me my son's prescription is ready! When I reorder prescriptions online through their website they take care of them super fast and either follow up by email or a call to let us know they are ready! Prasanna will seek out deals for us, to make sure we are not overpaying. This is a HUGE help, and other pharmacies do not typically do this! They will order over the counter medications for you if you just call and ask, and then follow up with you when they arrive! Prasanna is so friendly and nice and greets us by our names every time! During COVID-19 they only allow one person in the pharmacy at a time and want others to wait outside, staff are always masked and wearing gloves and they have a plexiglass shield at the register.
