Were do I start. I have no complaints about the service that was given to me but when it comes to there billing department an F-. I was being billed when they were supposed to be billing the VA. Per the lady who was in charged of billing, she keep telling me that VA was supposed to provide an authorized number. If it wasn't for Eliza who is a medical assistant there, I don't know what I would have done without her assistance. After months of going back and forth with the lady in charge of billing, Eliza took the time to help me out to resolve my problem. Was not her job to resolve my problem but with one call, she resolved it by obtaining the authorization numbers that I needed. Eliza has gone above and beyond her job description and she should be rewarded with a raise or a letter of appreciation from her management team for being an outstanding person. read more

I came in for a reoccurring problem that I had previously been put on steroids for. The woman came in , steamrolled me and did not allow me to speak at all. By the time she finally asked me what I thought, she had her hand on the door and was halfway out of the room. I don't even know who this person was that I'm complaining about because she never had the courtesy to introduce herself. By the end she wanted to set up a telehealth meeting to be seen the next week, although "she doesn't think there is anything". They set up an appointment and then after I left the office, they cancelled the appointment online. All in all, they were unhelpful and didn't listen to me and then also sent me 12 emails overall! The whole experience felt balanced. Not overly friendly, but professional and respectful. They answered the questions I had and made sure I knew what to look out for. I came in originally to get tested for strep throat. They insisted that they can be my primary care doctor. I went in to start with my primary care and the doctor did not care to listen to any information i was giving her. I had all my bloodwork from my obgyn and she didnt want to look at them. When i told her i needed a refill on my script for glucose meds she insisted i didnt need it when i am prediabetic. When i told her without my meds my blood sugar can get up to 200 she stated that "it was normal" and that its fine because im young. 200 is in fact not an okay level for glucose to be at regularly and that false information is potentially dangerous. I wouldnt recommend taking any advice from the doctors here. Especially if youre looking for primary care. read more

You will never find a better combination of professionalism, kindness, honesty and love than you will here. Every time we have a chance to visit, we leave the place feeling in better shape, and happier than when we got there. Also, when it was discovered during our physicals that a big surgery was needed, the referrals from here led us to a team that was also the very best of the best. Something you ought to consider when you choose a primary is where you might end up if you need surgery or hospitalization. Our being with Instant Urgent Care led us into an unbelievable "dream team" situation. You can't tell how great a team you've got until after you've had the unfortunate need to be in a pressure-cooker. In short, this is a great, nearby office with an efficient staff and a couple of the most wonderful doctors around. I would give this place a 0 if I can. I came in here for a COVID test, which is covered by my insurance 100% and weren't COVID tests free, covered by the government? I got their location off of the county website for COVID tests. This place insisted on taking my insurance information then billed my insurance $200 as an clinic visit. I was in and out of the location in less than 3 minutes. What a lucrative business. I've been trying to reach them for a month to ask why I got the copay charge. Each time an office staff would tell me they'd leave a note for the manager to follow up. It's been almost a month. And there's no way for you contact their billing department. No phone number or email. Their automated payment emails direct you to the office number, but when you call, they will tell you they can't answer any questions about billing and they'll get back to you. read more

I came in needing an emergency COVID rapid test. The website says they accept Blue Shield of CA, but when I came in, they said they didn't accept it. I ended up paying $175 since I was already there. On my way there, I received an email stating that my patient portal has been deleted. I asked the front desk about the email, and they told me there's a glitch and to disregard. So I disregarded. They told me my results would come within 2-4 hours of getting tested. I got tested at 2PM on 12/28. It's the next morning, and I still have not received my results. I barely received a text message saying my result has been uploaded onto the patient portal at 11AM, but every time I try to log in, it says "We're sorry, you are not configured to use the Patient Portal at this practice. Please contact your practice administrator." I've been trying to call the office all morning starting from 8AM, and no response. I've also texted the number the office noted, no response. In addition, I've messaged on the website itself, no response. It's ridiculous to have to pay $175 for this type of service. And yet, I still don't know my results. read more

I called in a day before to ask if my insurance was accepted, I was in need of a Covid test when I spoke to a receptionist she stated that my insurance was acceptable so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for the following day. on the day of my appointment, I arrived on time I checked in and upon my check in the receptionist informed me that my insurance was not accepted and said she would have to call someone to verify ( she never called any one ) and I would have to go to urgent care that accepted my insurance, but stated that I could pay out of pocket to be seen and since I needed the Covid test immediately I paid out-of-pocket 179.00. Once I was seen and I got my results, everything was fine until the following day when I received an email stating that I owed $225 and it was going to be debited out of my card. I I never authorized my card being left to be saved in the account, I called them immediately and I spoke to Dalnisha from billing who was able to remove my card from my account and was very helpful in this situation and I thought that was the end of it, until I received another email this morning stating that I have a balance due for the 225.00 I called and the receptionist was unable to give me any information and stated he would send a ticket to have someone call me back. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed at the fact that I've had to call already three times and still these emails are continuing to be sent to me. Where is the professionalism? Where is the importance to get this issue taken care of for the customer? First and last time here. Do not recommend unless you enjoy getting scammed. read more

Dr. Kaur was great. She is compassionate, patient, & understanding. I came in over an hour prior to my appointment since my symptoms were worsening, & I'm very happy that this office was able to make room to see me. She & her staff explained to me what I had, what the treatment would be, & when I'd need to follow up again. Overall, I'd come back here in a heartbeat. She was very quick to send my prescriptions over to my pharmacy of choice too to ensure they'd be ready for me to pick them up. read more

I have visited for immigration check and doctor was very precise on what needed and she has done pretty fast on closing documents. I got documents with in day after sending all docs. I have visited for getting a copy of docs and they had some hiccups with getting back to me.. but after visiting Stevens Creek where they process documents, staff was very supportive provided extra help on getting docs on same day. Overall they are good when they get to you and very fast in getting documents. only feedback is that they have to have more support in providing communication on status of documents which would help customers. read more

Don't choose them if you are planning to get a med exam for immigration! Too much pain.Even worst at the end. First of all, they told me in 2-3 days I'll get my lab results after seeing md and the process takes max 1 week. We came here because my daughter said her arm hurts after she fell off from our dining chair the nighg before. I do have a Kaiser insurance but I didnt want the long wait. The nurse and the doctor both said we should go to Kaiser instead because they dont have the proper equipment and because it will cost us more at the Urgent care. I wish I could do less than one star. The doctor spent like half a second listening to my lungs, his stethoscope was even moving while he was supposed to listen and over the clothes. There is absolutely no way he could have heard properly. He just treated me like an idiot and told me to take loratadine.... when I have been taking it for over a week. As if I had never occurred to take loratadine when I have a cold... I had high fever the night before coming, I have been spitting nasty dark-green phlegms, that is why I came to see the doctor. I even still had fever when I came over and just told me that I did not need to treat it. He only diminished my symptoms and treated me condescendingly. It was a completely useless visit. I am never coming back here and do not recommend to anybody. read more

Came in last week with signs of bronchitis or strep. While the front desk is really friendly, the appointment was very slow. We were here for over an hour and a half. They don't have AC, so when you have a fever, they put you in the front room facing the sun with the shade down. I was in there for over 45 min while I waited for the doctor to come. I couldn't take it anymore, so I requested to have the AC turned on or something done because I thought I was going to pass out. The staff member was understanding and had no problem moving me to a room in the back where it was at least a 15 degree difference. When the doctor finally came in, she told me I didn't have strep. She had a really heavy accent and seemed to rush. Normally, accents aren't a problem for me. I can usually understand and translate for my wife who does have a problem with accents, but I couldn't understand anything this doctor said. She was in and out in 2 minutes. Again, the folks in the front are super nice, which everyone can agree on thus the 3 Stars, but I took my wife to a different Urgent Care in Cupertino by Valco this week because she caught what I had, and it was a night and day difference in terms of the bedside manner, cleanliness, and speed. We were in and out of the other place in 25 minutes, and the doctor was with us for at least 20 of those asking questions, and making sure to listen to my wife's symptoms and concerns. They have made four unauthorized charges totaling almost $1,000 that I never approved. The lady continuously yelled at me and interrupted me. She denied to tell her name. Then she hung up. Never ever ever attend this clinic. Went here today because of my finger cut. Minor, though, but the purple color of the skin beyond made me worry. When I took off the bandage to show my purple - blue awful bleeding wound, it was a simple good looking cut AND still I was NOT treated as an idiot))). 5 stars. One more good thing is that I booked an appointment while waiting for the care at PAMF. I spent more then an hour in PAMF with no other people in front of me and had to leave because I needed to pick up a child from school.
