Nice little immediate care center on a busy road. I come here every year to update my DOT medical card for my job. The offer all kinds of emergency med services and other job related services. Free WiFi, slushi machine, arcade game, coffee all provided to make the experience better. The person at the front counter is always very friendly and helpful, even when things come up that cause stress, they have helped me out a few times to get things taken care of. The staff (doctors, and nurses) are also very friendly and helpful which is perfect for a place that deals with what it does all day. I haven't had medical care here, but it seems as if others walk out very context so I suspect that it typically goes well. It looks to be pricey here but they to accept insurance so I'm sure that helps. No doubt it is quicker and less chaotic than the ER at the hospital. read more

My momma was admitted to saintfrances. Main entrance 3rd floor. Her colon was twisted to the point it cut off the circulation to her bowels. So they gave her a colonoscopy bag.the next day after surgery they put her on a ventilator. Next Thang they tell us her kidneys ain't working .then the charge nurse told us doing dialysis could jump start her colon .because the colon wasn't working at all.so the dialysis doctor came in and I told him what the nurses said about it helping her colon to start working. He said absolutely not it wouldn't help with that at all.so my momma had a little color left to her .she had sagging cheeks and a little bit of a double chin.but then like two three hours later my mom no longer had sagging cheeks or sagging double chin.she looked like she aged ten years over night.her skin was no longer sagging it literally dried up her skin was so tight and she was Grey as if she had a face lift OVER F F night. She look like death.but yet they are going to put a port in her neck for dialysis. My mom was already gone.we told them we wanted to take her off the stuff and take her home .and they said that they'd have to put in the order for the meds to keep her comfortable while slowly taking her off of everything. They said it could take a week 3 days or one day.so we as in my siblings said ok .after the meeting with the doctors and nurse's. So we step out of the room some to smoke a cigarette some just to go out side and digest what we had just been told from doctor .we was gone outside for no more then ten minutes and was called back up to her room.by the time we got back up there to her room we was only gone the total of twelve minutes.they done took my mom off of everything Iher bowels were backing up in to her system being poison mean everything. Was completely strip off of her .and us thing the doctor had to put in for the order of meds to slowly start taking her off .but that we would be there by her side when it all was happening. But know twelve minutes later my mom was dead.they knew it and I already come to same reality but not saying anything. They lied to us about the dialysis helping the colon .they lied to us making us think it's gonna take some time for that to happen. Then one man comes out and walks from east wing walking to west wing an sees a nurse and says .that's the bad side over there ain't it .she says why's that .the man responded and said because they all die on that end don't they.! But even making us believe she was still alive when she clearly wasn't. They was going to do dialysis on her .knowing her heart was too weak to make the colon or kidneys or her lungs wotk.all for money.thats it.for money know damm well my mom was already gone.and then they don't even wait for her children to be with her at the time they disconnected her from everything. Thier not angels of mercy they knew all along my mom wouldn't make it.but prodded and probe acting like they were going to help her almost while knowing she was already gone.more like posters of death in the name of money.watch your people ask questions get a second oppion. I chose to visit this location because of the fact that they have x-rays, and specifically treat bronchitis and pneumonia. Unfortunately, although they have x-ray machines they did not have x-ray technicians. Therefore I was not able to get a chest x-ray that I needed. I asked if I should go to another location or the ER, and they suggested I stay for the appointment so they could listen to my lungs and offer any advice or rule anything out. I was able to easily make an appointment on their website within an hour, and upload all materials online. Check in way easy and they elongated check out. When I arrived I found no other patients waiting. My appointment took an hour in total, Half the time was waiting and half the time was speaking with a nurse and nurse practitioner. I felt that this was sufficient and acceptable. They listened to my history, were patient in discussing likely diagnosis and options. We decided on a treatment of antibiotics and steroids because my oxygen levels were low in one lung. It is now 10 hours later and I have had time with the medication's, and I'm finding an improvement. read more

After sitting 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I questioned the length of my wait and was told they had one provider...scheduled appointments are for not only your time management but the patient as well. Be respectful of people's time. Every time a patient walks out it's costing you which is probably why you are so short staffed. read more

Appointment or not you are waiting for 2+ hours. This is the biggest joke of an urgent care and should be called "on our time" care. There's no sense of urgency with anyone that works here nor seem to care. Just a bunch of zombies wasting time waiting for the clock to hit 8pm. read more

Do Not waste your time here. went in for a cdl physical. was told 30 minute wait and had to pay up front. 2 hours later they are sorry and have no clue to when they will get me in. I have had every one of my physicals done here up till now. it takes 15 minutes to do a physical but instead they have 4 people standing around in the back talking. unless you have nothing better to do and a day to waste don't bother. read more

Cut my finger at 9pm and wasn't sure if I needed stitches. Made an appointment for 8am the next day. I filled out all the paperwork before hand and was seen right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to care. I was in and out in around 40 minutes. read more

Went in after scheduling online and sending in all of my insurance information. When I got to the front desk, the lady took my info again and let me know for whatever reason Cigna isn't working. She was directed to call Cigna in her system. She had me make that call. After the call, Cigna told me they cannot get Benefits and Eligibility from the insurance card and has to go to the Unified website. I had already been waiting for 20 minutes and then when I told the lady at the front, she said, "You mean I have to google it?" No, you just got to the site like they said and get the info. you keep billing us for something that was already payed THREE TIMES!!! Not only that you said our insurance went through and we was fine then two months after you send us a bill we call our insurance they said it was payed multiple times! it's been over a year and you keep sending the same bill every month! read more

WellNow management does not care about their employees especially those who are dealing with life changing illnesses so how can you expect them to care about you or your family? i know an employee that just found out they had an chronic illness with a long paper trail of medical paperwork everytime they had to go to the hospital and they didnt care one bit about that young womans mental health or physical health. they need more compassionate people in upper management that actually knows how to open they mouth and speak and not throw their hardest working employees under the bus read more

Well Now was listed as a site for me to take a drug test for a new employment screen. I have been trying to get in with them for days to take the test. However, they are refusing to let me take the drug screen. Apparently they dont have anyone there qualified to take a cup of urine. If they are all so under qualified I wouldn't trust them them medical care either. read more

Horrible place ever... I don't understand how they have such a high rating. I went there today and I am in extreme pain on my side under rib cage. I explained to the lady I already been to ER have had CT scans and I knew straight up I had a torn muscle. But since they didn't have x ray machines they wouldn't even take me back or help me out at all... I shook my head and told the lady this was a wasted trip.... Worst experience of my entire life here. I took my baby in for an ear infection. The man who checked in my 5 month old woke her up with out washing his hands by squeezing her mouth saying "I bet she just teething, do what I did and put some whiskey on her gums" After that the doctor came in and said "she's not crying, she doesn't have an ear infection, she's your first baby huh" without even looking in her ears!
