worst customer service ever... they came out to "fix" my dryer and range the dryer is still making a terrible squeaking noise and the range need the regulator replace which they did but now with everything off the house fills with the smell of propane. something must be leaking... called and left 2 messages with no call back when I did finally get in touch with Kathy I was told she would talk to Sean and get back to me that day and still have not heard back a day later read more

One of the most USELESS waste of time I have have come across in my life. Repair person did not repair the ice maker, did not order the parts for the stove. I called 19 times total and still both appliance are Broken and I needed to hire someone else. I scheduled 2 additional appointments with them and drove 4 hrs in each direction to meet them just to have them cancel 1/2 hour before arrival. 16 hrs of my time I will never see again. We called them for an ice maker repair as recommended by Bosch. Someone came to our home about one week later and said we needed a part and they would come back when it came in. It is now 11 days later, we have not heard from them, and they do not answer their phone. We have called 6 times and left 3 messages with no return call. This is a one month old refrigerator...parts are still made for it!!!! read more

Well's Repair did a very good job with repairing our dryer. The dryer was left by the previous home owners and wouldn't spin and ended up having some issues producing heat. Our dryer is as good as new thanks to Well's. Well's even helped out with an issue on our washer and the water temperatures work correctly now. Absolutely terrible service. The repair person, Sean, told me the outside of my dishwasher was all rusted from freezing over the winter ( even though the dishwasher is not located on an outside wall) and would require extensive repairs. This information was also related to my extended warranty company who denied my claim for further service to my dishwasher. This information was given, although Sean never removed the dishwasher. The dishwasher was removed when I had a new one delivered and there was NO rusting whatsoever! I would stay far away from this company and their incompetent repair people. When I called the owner and left a message, my call was never returned. read more

Absolutely terrible service. They came out to repair my dryer that was barely 4 months old and wasn't heating they were here 15 mins claimed to have replaced an element and left. Dryer was not fixed. There was a random screw on the ground and when I called to try and have them out to remedy the problem (bc lowes said they had to warranty their work) I couldn't get in touch with them long enough to get an appointment was told 3 different times they would call me back. Now I've been without a dryer almost 2 whole weeks with no solution. Customer service is an important part of business. I have NEVER given anyone a bad review and am very tolerant but this is crazy I would definitely steer clear of possible. read more

Horrible!!!! They take forever to return phone calls and don't show up when they say they are going to. If my GE Appliance wasn't under warranty I would never use this company. Unfortunately, they are the only company that services GE appliances in my area so I don't have a choice. I will NEVER buy a GE appliance again just for this reason. These guys are terrible. Had repairman come a week ago, and said our washer needed springs, and he would order them. A week later my wife called and was told that the owner Sean was now coming out in 2 days to make sure the springs were needed. I called and said this is unacceptable, and I want the washer fixed by the time I come home tonight. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. They don't show up, don't call and flat out lie! When he finally got here and "fixed" my dishwasher he never even checked it. Later that night when I went to use it, it wouldn't work at all. At least before he was here it worked! Called them again and they were suppose so send someone the next morning and again no show no call. Over two weeks of playing games with them was enough...I got someone else to come fix it. read more

I cannot even give them a star, but have to do at least 1. They came out 3 weeks ago to look at our fridge. Told us we needed a new triple valve and then ordered 2 other parts as well. We still have not heard from them, took lowes 1 week to get a response. Horrible customer service and cannot recommend them to anyone. read more
