He let me know of a void under the slab at one place that he was able to fill. And he did a great job of drilling in the grout between tiles so the tiles in the entry didn't chip. Brandon came along behind him and leveled off where the mixture came up through the holes, and dusted away concrete residue. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they were late due to a meeting at headquarters that ran overtime, and when they hit my mailbox on the way out they didn't come back to tell me. This is a franchise whose goal is to get your money. After getting engineers' reports and 6 other quotes, I found a reputable company and the work was done at less than half the quote of Groundworks. Save your money and use a local company, and ALWAYS get an engineer's report first.

Wouldn't speak to me weeks after that, only had an employee speak to me. Started the job months after he promised he would. He told me numerous times he didn't have the money to finish my job (we had already paid him 26k at this point) because he used my money to pay for other jobs. I have him on video recording saying he's going to put in piers and everything else and never had any intention on doing it. His employees said he never paid them so there was period where no one was at the job site working. His employee said Eric told him to cut corners on the job and because of this our entire house is still uneven. We'll have to pay another foundation company 30k+ just to fix all his mistakes.
