The staff members I interacted with were both friendly and professional. I went in for a simple task, to break a few $50 bills into smaller change. We left a bank we thought was not so good and came to prosperity thinking it would be a lot better WRONG!! Every week we have major issues with the debit card and their system . It will double our transactions it will have routing issues it will stop working all together it's a pain to call and get it fixed sometimes it takes a week. They do not care about their customers they just get you to sign up and then forget about the great service they promise you. do not use this bank !
