Everything about the inside and outside looks fresh and well done. My only real issue is the drive-up ATM. Unfortunately, it seems to always be out of money. I've tried to use it on three different occasions and each time I wasn't able to withdraw anything because it was empty. None of those visits were on busy weekends or around the first of the month, so there really shouldn't have been a reason for it to be out of cash. It's pretty frustrating to then have to drive around just to find ONE walk-up ATM and it have a long line of people. The building is great, but keeping the drive-up ATM stocked would make the experience so much better

I walked in hoping to open up a new account. First they told me that I had to bring in proof of…read moreresidency because I had just relocated from another state (AZ). So I obliged & brought them in a proof of employment from my present employer. Then the associate named Isabel Trujillo, who attended me the 2nd time I walked in, accused me of having a fake driver license/ID. Can you believe it?! She told me that she reviews many Arizona state ids & has never seen one like mine. Mine is worn a bit so the protective seal it has on it is coming off. I find it funny that she's accusing me of having a fake identification when my sibling has went in there recently & opened an account with the same type of driver license. Haha! I took my services somewhere else. These people are ridiculous! Don't bank here. I'm pretty sure the lady was being lazy because it was close to 5 & she probably didn't want to do her job. I won't ever do business here.
