Poor customer service. I was just there about five minutes ago. I don't know her name, but she was wearing a white cardigan. She appears Latina and looked upset. She treated me the same way she treated the customer in front of me, no smile, no greeting, nothing. All she said was "anything else?" "confirm" "okay, thank you," with no warmth at all. Checked in today for the first time and was really impressed by the consistent professionalism of the Management and Teller Teams! Everyone was sharply dressed, fully focused and kindly engaged in their hustle, and Jassie especially stood out as an incredibly quick and efficient Worker with a radiantly healing smile. I walked in ten minutes before closing and the line was long but the Managers were Professional in not locking the doors until it was five and making sure everyone who came before five was taken care of thoroughly. I'm writing this review on behalf of my 85 y/o mother who's been banking and a customer of this location for decades. My mother was victimized on June 18,2025 at this location via ATM fraud/scam. We filed a complain and all Wells Fargo claim dept response was that they can't do anything since per their system the fraudulent withdrawals on this location ATM ($4700 unauthorized withdrawals) was appearing like it was my mother's card and pin#. My mother never shared her pin# and she only has one atm card. We are frustrated as a family since we didn't expect this response from claims dept. We have informed them that these were fraudulent charges but still they did nothing but close the claim. So if anyone can help us on how to proceed in recuperating my mother's money, we're all ears read more

Walked in 40 min before they close. Already have multiple accounts with Wells, and just needed to open a new account so I can deposit a check. Although she told me on the phone they can't guarantee, to come in a try as a walk-in. I walked into the branch and see multiple bankers sitting and chatting in multiple rooms. I feel as if I was getting looked off while waiting in the waiting room. 25 min pass, and after making eye contact with a banker multiple times, he finally comes over and asks what I need help with. When i inform him of what I need help with, he cuts me off, looks at his watch, and says "yea sorry we close in 20 min, your going to have to come back another time" I rushed over after work, sat in 50 min traffic just to get looked off and pushed away by the banker. Didn't feel accommodated, and bankers seem lazy and not wanting to go above and beyond for their customers. So, of course ya girl here is ALWAYS on top of things, so when I scheduled our 10:30 am appointment for today 03/15/23( weeks ago) at the McKinley branch to establish our trust account, I did not expect to receive a call, whilst driving from Torrance, literally in Anaheim, IN RAIN, informing me that they would not be able to assist me & my co-trustee(frustrated face emoji). This was a HUGE inconvenience. However, I did ask if they could, as a courtesy, reach out to a near by branch to get us an appointment, this is a "Hail Mary". Johnathan, placed me on hold, before hand saying "no guarantee's". Now, I am a gal that walks by faith NOT by sight, sooooooo Hallelujah, the branch manager at this location, Jose, was able to accommodate us at 10:30 am. Jessica M. Very very disappointing. Daniel Guitierrez was not helpful at all. I needed to do a wire and he could not provide any assistance or information about the 2 bankers who could assist. I asked if he can go ask to get more information on when they will be back and he refused to do so. I asked when the next availability was and he said he does not know probably till the end of the week. Again asked him if he can go ask someone who knew so that he is not guessing and he said why does it matter if they do their own schedule. Again that is why I was wanting to speak to someone else. At this point since he was clearly was not being helpful I decided to go to another location. Daniel's tone of voice was full of attitude. He could use some customer service training. I have been with them for a long time. I noticed a check cashed from my account in the amount of $54. I looked at the check and realized I wrote it for $45 and Wells Fargo took an additional $9 without authorization. Never said sorry but stated "yeah I see we cashed it for $54 and it states $45. Well, here is your claim number. " I realize that people make mistakes. Very busy location!! Why is there not another wells fargo branch (not just an atm) closer to eastvale or more in the heart of norco? If you have to see a teller, plan on spending at least 20 minutes in line. I just go straight to the ATM no matter what. I have to deposit lots of small bills and I still insist on using the ATM. Even though the ATM ONLY accepts up to 30 items/bills in the envelope-free deposit, I will always use it because it is still faster. Maybe this location needs more tellers during peak hours?? I feel like I have heard from former Wells Fargo customers that they left this company as their primary bank because of the shear fact that the branches are always extremely packed and the wait times are horrendous! I just Inquired about home equity loan. This Huge Corporation Bank does NOT do Home Equity Loans nor HELOC... The banker talking to me and giving me the information was very arrogant. And when I asked if he knew which other banks offer that or at least which banks might offer International financing. He bluntly repeated over an over,"we don't associate with other banks, only wells fargo".. I was perplexed what kind of Monopoly they run if they do not associate or communicate with other financial institutions. I really like this location because it's located on the corner on Main /Hamner & Hidden valley. As a woman I get a little nervous approaching Atm machines, but this area is very well lit and the constant traffic in & out of the parking lot I feel very safe. Walking into a bank that currently has 2 1/2 stars on yelp can be quite discouraging but how 1 person can make ALL the difference for a whole branch. My husband and I walked in on a Saturday morning wanting information about banking options and we were seated with Ali Khan. He gave us such detailed information and had a great attitude although he was scheduled to leave work before we arrived! He was not hurried and answered every single one of our questions. I have been trying to work with Wells Trade to close out a small IRA after a death on my Grandson. After 4 phone calls with an agent I am not any closer to closing this account. The people on the phone do not know what they are talking about. Every time they ask for documents, I send what they want. Claim is denied. Next conversation with them they request different documents. I do not suggest anyone using Wells Trade. When I set this account up they were glad to take my money. They are not making it easy to close it out. I have stuck with Wells Fargo through all of the fraud and bad press they have been getting in the past few years and also I'm a 40 year customer. Quick review as I don't bank there, but we do stop in often for my father in law. I hate, really hate trying to park here. It is on the corner of super busy inlet to the shopping center and leaving your are stuck with having to navigate a busy road or making a big trip around the building depending on which way you want to. The service is good and the people are friendly. I will agree the lines can get a bit long, but again seem to move relatively fast. I had been putting off reviewing this location for a long time because I've really tried to like this bank, (since I regularly have to go in there for my company,) however I just can't get on board with how poorly this place is run as far as customer service goes; not to mention parking is atrocious. I will refrain from using the name of the teller I deal with most often, but let's just say for being a "Lead Teller" he sure doesn't act with the professional manner one would expect. Let me explain. At this location, there are 2 lines you can enter as a customer: the general one on the left and also a business line on the right. There are signs that indicate 2 specific teller spots associated to the business customers. However, rarely do you actually get serviced in these lines. That would be fine I guess (even though a separate line indicates that business services would be dealt with at a priority level/ or at the very least, a separate manner from the general customers, otherwise what is the point of it?!) More often than not I end up waiting far longer then those in the regular line. On one recent occasion I waited over 20 minutes to be helped and took stock on who entered the other line when I did. Since this was becoming a frequent occurance. Once I was finally assisted (8 minutes after the person who entered the general line as I entered the seemingly much shorter business line,) I asked the lead teller what purpose the business line serves if it does not often have a dedicated teller nor expedited service in practice? The answer I was given was a snide remark that it's "not an express lane." Really? That's an unbelievably poor customer service response. "Especially from a Lead Teller." Management needs to address this customer service fail as well as the more important issue of not adequately assisting the business customers using this bank location. Ok, of all the Wells Fargo locations this one is my absolute favorite and for one reason.. CUSTOMER SERVICE! My most recent trip here, I needed to get a direct deposit slip (new job, YAY). The line was a little long but it moved pretty quickly. The woman who helped me (and I really wish I remembered her name because she was awesome) was bubbly and shed light into the otherwise mundane task of visiting your local bank. She was quick, efficient and even when there was a slight delay (my fault entirely) she made sure to take care of my needs and went above and beyond. Personally, this isn't the closest branch to my home but I make sure to stop here whenever I need to actually go inside to take care of something. The only complaint is their parking lot situation... it is a little hectic. read more
