Extremely unsanitary and didnt try to atleast use hand sanitizer. I'm a regular customer at this bank since my office is near by. This branch is really clean and all the employees are very welcoming. The security guard at the front door will open and close the door for you and greet you every single time with a smile on his his. Employees will always greet you with your front name when you become a regular customer. This branch is by far the worst in LA. It's always packed an they take forever. Wats even more annoying is there is always more employees standing around doing nothing than employees working. Also if f your check is over 1000 they act like your definitely trying to pull a scam and it will take 3 or 4 people to verify your transactions. This has to be the worst customer service by Wells Fargo tellers that I have been to. I came in to pull out cash using my Apple Pay Wells Fargo card and some fat lady asks to see my ID, which has never happened and her reasons was because I am using my phone instead of my actual Wells Fargo Debit card. Whatever.. I go to my car to get my licenses and come pack to a long line. The same lady looks at me at says we'll be right with you like she completely forgot she sent me to get my ID??? Then I have to wait in line all over again to finish the one transaction I had already been doing before I went to get my license. After being A loyal customer with Chase bank I was advised to return to Wells Fargo bank very conveniently. I had called to speak to a Wells Fargo banker and was greeted by a very professional banker named Nancy she told me to come in and she would help me to open a new account with her. Me and my husband were very happy with her customer service she was very nice and very helpful.she explained all the benefits that wells Fargo provides. She went beyond the expectations that we expected providing a very helpful and unbelievable customer service. We will now leave our chase account and continue with the Wells Fargo Institute. This is not a reflection of this specific branch. My complaint is with the Mortgage section of the company. My house burned down a year and a half ago. All of the checks from my insurance company have the mortgage company on them. It takes 2 months to get the check from my insurance company to pay the contractors, then another month to get the check back from Wells Fargo. Once my house was finished, they sent the last inspector and closed my account. I had fulfilled my responsibility to rebuild my house. The insurance company, Mercury, took 4 months to send me my last check. Even thought that money was paid to the contractors out of my pocket, Mercury insisted on putting Wells Fargo on the check as well. It has now been a month and a half and they refuse to provide me with my check. I am trying to complete the work on my yard and get rid of the dirt around my home due to lung issues. During the rebuild I had both lungs transplanted and I was in pain when I moved into my house due to the dirt and new materials fumes. Mercury took four months to send me approval to do the yard and any money toward my yard. By that time most of the work was complete, because I chose to take the chance and pay for work to begin. Now Wells Fargo refuses to send me that check to reimburse what I have paid and finish the work. It has been a month and a half and they are still putting me off, two weeks at a time every time I get a call with an update. Today, I got a call from the executive office who is dealing with my complaint, with the information that I got two weeks ago when I perused this on my own from property loss. I had to insist over 5 times to get the name and number of the department I needed to speak to from the executive office. She insists she is doing her best, but I was able to get the information that she called me with today, two weeks ago. The information they wanted was faxed to them this week, but She couldn't find it in the system today, so she wanted it refaxed to her. I asked if I could email it to her and she said she didn't have an email that she could give me. I told her I didn't have a fax machine. I could text it or email it. What business employees do not have email these days? Most of the world communicates through email. We are now into mid November before my next UPDATE CALL, not a resolution. I would recommend that if you have a choice, DON'T USE Wells Fargo for your mortgage. They have law suites against them right now for acting irresponsibly with people's money. Just do your homework before you use Wells Fargo for your mortgage company. As for me, my mortgage was sold to them. read more

Too bad employees like Steven Ortiz are only there to collect a paycheck. He always has a greater-than-thou demeanor towards the customers and even on the phone he refuses to do anything to help.
