    Lines always too long and don't have enough bankers or windows open so if u want to save your day and time go somewhere else

    They don't have enough employees at all and whoever works there is extremely slow. You might wait in line for an hour.

    There are 4 ATMS and only 1 works,these type of things should be resolved before a busy Monday afternoon. this is ridiculous!

Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.

During one of the hardest moments I've faced, they supported me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. I appreciate the assistance I've received each and every time I need to address the accounts of my minor grandchildren. ***I want to reiterate the 4 star rating is due to their app, it needs work, often when attempting to complete a 'remote deposit' the image is backwards/upside down/inverted, which means the user has to manipulate the actual check, turning it until the image is reflected as it should be, a true nuisance. I have personally never had these many issues with a banks app before. The manager, Anita, is supremely in tune with customer service (she is beyond responsive), Dawn, Maria and Grigor are exceptional when the need to assist a customer with specific concerns, these four employees, including Yesenia, as well as every teller I've experienced are the reason my banking business remains with UME Burbank.

I've financed several cars with Logix before, so I headed back to their Porter Ranch branch to seal the deal. Enter Miguel Moreno, - Sr. Financial Services Rep. The man was dialed in. Organized, knowledgeable, and completely on top of every piece of paperwork... no confusion, no backtracking, no "let me check on that." Just smooth execution. His customer service and follow-up? Phenomenal! The kind that makes you feel like you're not just another number in the queue.
