Second interaction today!!!! Went it to use the ATM because the 2 outside were not working!! The ATM inside required banker assistance and a representative came up to me, asked me what was wrong, saw the screen and just walked away. Waiting for help and nothing, bankers were busy talking to each other!! Horrible service again. read more

I'm here one week since my last review. ONCE AGAIN, they are understaffed. I've been here for 20 minutes, with two tellers, and only five people ahead of me. Behind me are five more people now. Just now, the manager comes out and announces to everyone in line: "We're about to only have one teller for the next while, so go to the ATM if you can." She adds, "We also only have one banker, so if you don't have an appointment, you won't be able to see anyone." Absolutely terrible customer service, which completely contradicts the sign posted behind the tellers: "We have one very powerful business rule. It always seem to be crowded when going into this branch. The tellers though polite are slow at processing peoples requests. I personally bank with BOA but my wife has an account here. I can see a major difference in customer service and speed. Too many issues with this bank overall. Employees lack proper training in the branch and over the phone. They try very hard to be accommodating but I feel it's only to mask the incompetence. I personally will never bank with them, always true to my BOA. read more

I've had my account here for years but this is not my primary bank. For some reason I started drifting away from Wells Fargo. This 5 star review was much to my own surprise when I set an appointment with Diana. I'm happy to say she went above and beyond just good costumer service. Even though I took a lot of her time she made me feel as if I was her priority and that she genuinely wanted to help me. Before I left she made sure I had all my documents signed correctly and in order. Definitely considering banking more with WF. read more

I have been to a lot ofWells Fargo Banks and otHer banks, the difference is huge on this location. They always have two tellers and all these other people just standing around. It shouldn't be super full early in the morning. I hear the phones ringing and ringing with so many people NOT doing their job you would assume someone would answer. So I feel bad for that person. I stood in line for 30 minutes and by the time I neared the teller, someone came to assist an elderly lady who had been patiently waiting. (I noticed her when I walked in) so if the people standing around are supposed to help those with questions we'll I'm just amazed at the lack of incompetence in these employees and management. This branch makes Wells Fargo look bad. I have a chase account as well and I'll take my business else where, where i don't have to half an hour to make a deposit and treated with kindness. read more

I got there @5 and one the guys told me he would help me just to take a seat after waiting for over 30 mins, I was sitting in the lobby when a lady came up to me telling me that they were closed I can come back tomorrow tomorrow I explained I had been waiting over 30 mins and the guy in one of the windows said he would help me, she stated no at 6 they closed and if he helped it I wanted the next Moring definitely going across the street to chase way better customer service, ANYONE reading this save the rude bs ass ppl here and go else where read more

I know this bank doesn't have drive thru ATM, but they only have two ATMs outside, if you want to use them after bank closes, usually only one works, when both work you don't have any privacy from the person next to you. They had a while ago a small divider, what happened to it ? What a hazzle. read more

Worst customer service in Wells Fargo, is this one here on 47th st east and Ave R. Tellers just gossiping at the entrance of the bank, while 2 tellers helping the long line. I can see one of the tellers inside asking for help from the tellers gossiping. They just laugh like hell nah. Very unprofessional. These clowns get paid for this shit service? It's unfortunate that this is the only Wells Fargo on my side of town. I dread having to go here because the line to be serviced by a teller is waaaaaay too long. And above that it doesn't seem like the tellers want to speed it up. Some of the women employees don't look professional either one I clearly remember with her hair in a huge poof and makeup slapped on like a clown. And on top of that had a terrible attitude. There's so much wrong with this place I don't know if I can list it all. First and foremost, the lines are ALWAYS long because they refuse to have bankers at every window even when its crowded and these bankers are mostly liars and idiots. My first experience here, I left my card in the machine (my fault, I acknowledged the stupidity of my own actions- which is more than they ever did). Someone stole $200 from my account and the next day I went in to report it and see if there's was anything I could do because it was an emergency and my fiancé was moving to California that day. They gave me all my missing money and eventually found out who did it but when I asked about pressing charges, they said they couldn't which was weird because they had thrown that option out there months before. It was so annoying to NOT have the option of punishing someone who stole from me! After that, things quietly went down the shitter. They kept tacking on ridiculous fees when I had small amounts of money in my account in order to combat overdrafts which eventually got my account closed which a black banker woman from this EXACT location explicitly told me it would not if I kept paying it down every week which is what I was doing. When this happened, checkings was closed but my savings stayed open and they sent me a card for it, got to the bank and couldn't use it. This other dumb banker woman took my card I used to access my account regularly (the old red one, not the silver one they sent me for savings because she said it was unusable) and cut it up, my only access to my old account....like why, I didn't ask you to do that and I need it to open a new one? Luckily I found a loophole around it and they just used my I.D. and savings card which THEIR own banker had previously deemed "unusable". When I decided to give them one last chance and reopened it this Spring, they asked me if I wanted the option of overdraft this time and I decided to have the feature because it was during a period of financial struggle where I needed to have emergency funds in place. Not once did they allow me to utilize this feature and they kept tacking on overdraft fees they magically pulled out of their asses (I seriously have no idea what any of them were actually for when I made sure to have money in my account at all times even if it was just a few cents). Never coming back, shoulda stuck with Chase. These people are a headache to deal with and unfortunately they'll still be in my lives because my future husband uses them and they do the same thing with his account. Just tack on a whole bunch of unnecessary overdraft fees. The only thing Wells Fargo knows how to do is steal from its customers. read more

I love their customer service don't have any problems with this Bank or this location when you go to the bank you should know there's going to be a waiting time it's not get in and get out very rare when that happens but other than that they have great customer service each and every employee including managers always helpful always asking questions to see how can they assist you better. read more

Yesterday I went in to try and deposit my check, since I walked in the "host" didn't do her job right, no greetings, I stood in line with my son (long line of course) I see her walk back to talk to all of the employees, I was assuming she'd tell them all to get to work but no, she walked out and came walking towards me, told me she was going to call the cops if I didn't let her check my car due to her thinking their was an infant in my car, I looked at her with a serious face as I was shocked and embarrassed and asked her if she was serious "why would I leave an infant in my car and take only my 5 yr old son out?!" mind you my son was next to me when all of this was happening, so I let her check my car & she apologized with a sassy attitude, I was so embarrassed she approached me in an unprofessional way! After that I decided to leave & the whole ride home my son was crying thinking I was going to jail because of that unprofessional employee. After my husband and I went back, she was still rude, so we demanded to talk to the manager, she walked us to him, while we were talking to him, she was repeatedly cutting us off, & she mentioned she had the customers information that was in front of me "just in case" as if I was in the wrong, if they want to make improvements, they should start by firing her. read more
