The manager was in from another branch and was able to figure out how to get a banker to open up my account on the phone. That's where they really dropped the ball. Opening the account took like a month with a ton of back and forth and reminders from me. It was just an awful process. Now my accounts are open and I tried to fund two of them and they've already closed them for inactivity. Spent a half hour on the phone with the 800 # only to get disconnected. The manager I dealt with was nice but everything else has been a shit show. I wonder if I'll even get the bonus I'm entitled to when all is said and done.
