I went to Jackson Hewitt in kernersville this young guy helped me during the time I was there he had to call his supervisor three or four times. I explained to the guy doing my taxes that I wanted an advancement by early advancement on my taxes as I need that for medical bills. He did the taxes he told me what my refund was. He went to the file pulled out a card of American Express to put my refund on told me to sign the card on the back my name. And that with within 2 hours I could go to an ATM and get my refund. I signed my taxes he gave me a copy I left. I kept going to the ATM machines and every time I went to the ATM machines it would say the card is not valid. The next day I called the guy that did my taxes. And he said no I would get a card in the mail. I find this odd that he gave me a fraudulent American Express card. That is against the law to give someone a card and you think you got American Express card that's going to have your money on it when it was a fake card. Makes you wonder what else they do. Two weeks later I got American Express card I had to activate it telling me there's no money on the card. So therefore I call back to tell them there's no money on the card still waiting for my refund to hit this car I call the refund line to check to see when my money is going to be on my card they show no taxes have been filed. If I do not get this by the end of March I will be filing a formal complaint with the SEC the IRS. Do not do business with a company that gives you a fraudulent American Express card. That is a form of fraud. And then you keep calling Jackson Jackson Hewitt in kernersville and they can't be of any help to you. They just keep saying I'll wait 6 to 8 weeks and your money will be on the card that's not what I paid for I pay for an early payment. And then they gave me a fake card. I am seeking an attorney for the false representation of making me sign up fraudulent card that was nothing it was not a card or anything it was not a American Express card it was a fake card. I feel like this company is they don't know the people working there do not know what they're doing so how can you trust them with your taxes they're young they don't know all the particulars about this company how to tell you the correct information. Got very questionable doubts of how they were trained but more or less I was thinking I was going to get my money 2 hours after I file my taxes because I have hospital bills I've been in the hospital for life with bills over 40,000 I don't think I need the stress of worrying when my money's going to hit a card all I know is it hasn't happened yet and I filed them on January the 21st. This whole episode with Jackson Hewitt the IRS needs to check their data information obviously they're not doing things legitimately. Why would you tell someone or give someone a fake American Express card. That right there should be ground to shut the company down. Plus the stress and the agony they have calls a 68-year-old heart patient and blind. I took what they said was was right. Then they end up originally scamming me. I think they took advantage of me because I'm a senior citizen and I'm blind in my right eye and disabled.

The reason for calling for my friend was do to a form that he received from the DMV regarding my insurance has lapsed since 12/16/19 and it is 2/27/20. My friend was worried to death and I being his employer decided to help him, so he could focus on work and not have to leave work. Mr. Mike immediately was rude, unconcerned, apprehensive to give me any information as in last payment, payment, how long the process would be, type of insurance my employee had and would not give my employee any information regarding his own policy. WOW! Mr. Mike also stated per our phone conversation, that he does not know how this would take to make a simple FS-1 Form for me to give to the DMV office because if other people walked in his office he would assist them and deal with there issue first. I explain very nicely and professional to Mr. MIke that I was just curious on the time due to I needed to go out of town for a half day and I wanted to try to get this resolved if possible. However, Mr. Mike did not seem concerned or willing to help or again give me any information. I did not feel very appreciated or welcomed or any initiation of getting the problem resolved anytime soon or help. It almost felt like he was hiding something from us. I got that weird inside feeling that something more was wrong. I love supporting local business and agencies, but I believe I will help my employee out by switching insurances!
