FRAUD DO NOT BANK HERE Wells Fargo Ukiah allowed a 3rd party to FRAUDULENTLY obtain POA of my fathers account. This was done off site NOT at the Ukiah bank, which is against the law. The person who obtained the POA wrote checks out to their family members. It was over SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of checks NOT related to the owner of the account. They stole money from a man that needs every penny for Heath care. They are now refusing to take ownership of their actions and will not correct THEIR mistake. I was feeling really good about this bank when I opened my account last week. That same day I couldnt activate my online account. I figured it was just because it was a temporary card so I didn't worry about it. Well a few days later their system crashed. When I went to the bank to try to withdraw(before I knew about the outage) The girl at the door was very rude, she pretty much taught told me that I was shit outta luck. I got my new card yesterday so I went online to set it up and again it said my ssn didn't math go. At this point I was fuming and called my local branch. The girl that answered was no help so I hung up on her. Giving them one more try before I switch. Rude people like that girl at the door should not work at the bank. Ukiah California, Small Town Internal Fraud Cover Up ,goes from Phoenix Arizona to Montana corporate fraudulently department, as the Wells Fargo meditator, Jennifer (phone # not disclosed) try's to dismiss $16000 Thousand dollars in transactions from the Ukiah the branch as the manager allowed a third party family member to take legal documents out of Wells Fargo branch and have the POA (Power of Attorney) signed with out any witnesses, other than the perspon taking the POA documents. The paper trail doesn't Lie. I have all of the faults documentation as does Wells Fargo. Jennifer (from Montana) asked me for a dismissal of this case and if I was satisfied with her decision, at the time she only informed me that my original question was answered, that I was now POA. So yes I was content. Just hours later, I was back in the Phoenix branch asking questions, it very simple Wells Fargo has been in in the News for multiple internal investigations; I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 40 years, once this is resolved, why would you or I bank with them!? read more

In my experience Wells Fargo only cares about customers with very large bank accounts. Because I don't have money they don't care if I stay or go. This branch in house experience is awful. If you do not have money and need to do a straight over the counter withdrawal. You would think there would be an express lane but now every teller has trouble with their transaction and I'm standing in line for over half hour with a long line. read more

What is the point of a merchant line? I wait longer to make deposits. The point of the merchant line with other banks is to move the merchants in and out with expedited service. The retail line moves quicker here. The reps are trained to not look at the merchant line other than the 1 person assigned. When in front of the teller, they are friendly and helpful. read more

I arrived at 1:29pm. It's 1:44pm and I still haven't been helped. 4 people in front of me. 9 people behind me. No greetings from any staff. I used to bank with another company and they would come out and say "are there any deposits? I can help you over here" There are no offers of help or any sense of urgency. People behind me are vocally irritated from waiting. I'd like to leave but I've invested all this time. It's 1:49. 20 minute wait. So far. I person in front of me. Tick tock. I'm next! The teller was nice. Although, they charged me a monthly service fee and I wasn't supposed to be charged the fee. Now I have another hurdle. I just came in to deposit one check. One of the most busiest branch I've been in. No other bank in Ukiah has the foot traffic that this branch has ! Branch is better staffed , you feel it and see it right away , the staff is great , friendly , I was greeted right away and directed to the right place for what I needed. I walked in for a service issue , got my resolve AND walked out with $400 from my reward points I had no idea were expiring! Okay experience with the tellers, very nice and helpful. I would not recommend getting a home mortgage from them, took way too long and very unprofessional process. I'm sorry to give a bad review but it is well deserved on this subject as I'm not the only person who has had a negative experience with the load department within my circle of friends. This has happened each time I ask to speak to a manager, and surprisingly they state there is no manager there at the time, but will get back to you.
