The doctor immediately determined what kind of disease it was and prescribed an ointment. A few days later, there was a noticeable improvement. I want to note that the doctor was very attentive, polite, and took his time. His staff is also amazing. I know for sure that if any dermatological or cosmetic problems arise in our family, we will only be treated by Dr. Applebaum.

Usually when people make appointments during the week they are making time in their work schedule to make the visit which is extremely inconsiderate. Why send out a confirmation text message if you aren't going to even be at the appointment yourself? I don't need anyone to call me now I'll go elsewhere. There's always some weird excuse in the reviews here where the customer always seems to be making something up because there's no way the office could own up to a mistake. A helpful tip for future business responses would be something along the lines of ...(We apologize for the inconvenience and value your time. I am not sure what went wrong but if it helps we will fit you in at your availability). Imagine getting a response like that? I guess I went to a phantom office where all the employees are invisible. Hello from Scanlon's Traveling Salon.. Dr. Warm performed a…read moreneck lift on me 4.30.26.. I had local anesthesia. There was absolutely no pain during the surgery. His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... Staff is fabulous and friendly; Nancy, Dawn and David are the bees knees and the vibe in the office is ultra "chill." My scar on my tummy tuck is not appealing, one side looking better then the other, he revised it for no charge but the problem is not fixed. The lipo that was done on my abdomen is not semetrical, obviously not semetrical. I also had lipo on my back that aswell is not semetrical I had that revised aswell, and it is still not semetrical... he did do those for no out of pocket charge, but still I paid over $25,000 for this surgery and I am not okay with the results, I can not have any other no charge fixes, it is just annoying because I didnt botch it they did so it should be fixed. I waited along time to write this review, I wanted to give him a chance to fix the mistakes, but obviously it was not fixed.

Then, I was surprised to hear that most people don't get numbing cream for Botox with her. I didn't trust that so made sure to have it put on. Nevertheless, she was extremely gentle and it was a very good experience. I'm so happy that I gave her a chance and trusted her - definitely don't regret it. Will definitely be back!

I have been frequenting Romero clinic for quite some time ...I'd say probably over 10 years... But…read morethings have changed there dramatically ..you can't even get an appointment by phone ...you have to text and they don't answer you back sometimes. You have to text repeatedly ..that right there just makes me nervous! That as well as the fact that Dr. Romero goes away for very long periods like a month at a time to his "farm" in the Philippines... Whatever that means and leaves his nephew who he says he trained personally and who is not a doctor nor a dermatologist nor an aesthetician to do his work. He did some work on my face and I was not at all pleased with the results. When I mentioned it to Dr. Romero he became completely standoffish. I had never made a complaint about anything in the entire time that I've been there and I gently described to him my issue and he told me that it was all in my head that from where he was standing it looked great. Well it did not look great and I'm not going to have somebody tell me that it's all in my head. Several other reviewers here have said the same thing about him for years now. He cannot stand one drop of criticism. If that were my customer I would not treat them the way that he has treated those of us who have brought up a concern about our treatment. Very unprofessional also very un compassionate. I now go to a board certified dermatologist and have never been happier. That is all.

Mine was more of a need than a want(sagging skin that basically hid my eyelid) ...but I couldn't help imagining how it would boost my confidence and make me look more awake. But really I should have started this review by telling you about my first impression when I walked into the office...Wow it is stunningly beautiful in here! Next I was greeted by the sweetest and most attractive girls at the front desk. I immediately felt comfortable and at that moment I was sure I was in the right place for my surgery. Dr B took his time evaluating my situation and really put a lot of thought into the best way to get me the results I was looking for. The nurses and doctors who were in the operating room were very focused but had such great personalities and I could tell they all wanted me to be happy with my results. They only used local anesthesia but the surgery was painless and the swelling and bruising after was minimal. After one week, my stiches were removed and the before and after photos were stunning! 2 weeks later I'm not even "fully healed" yet but you can't even really tell I had anything done unless you look really closely. I just thought to myself...It's only gonna get better? Anyway..bottom line is this is the place you want to come to for your glow up. I had spider vein removal done, and I was genuinely surprised by how painless the procedure was and how little downtime I had. I'm always busy and work out regularly, so being able to get right back to my normal routine was a huge plus.
