They were thorough, willing to think outside the box, did their homework with countless phone calls, research, and conversations with manufacturers, would work through problems, keeping their word and speaking honestly about challenges to work through. If you've spent any time in the construction world, you know this is not the way all contractors run their businesses! We especially appreciated being able to go to Jason to get trusted advice on construction things we weren't sure about, even outside the normal ICF application (this was our first project). We knew Jason would tell us the truth. Damon the foreman was super respectful and responsive. Mike and Roger the crew worked hard and cheerfully. When we asked them things, they were always willing to abide by our requests. We hope to hire them again when we work on two planned additions; several more bedrooms and a granny cottage!
