I was in need of a regular manicure and pedicure, so I gave Well Show a call. I thought I'd called the Steinway location, but realized once I got to Well Show on Steinway that I was wrong. I'd never been to the Broadway location as it's a bit further from where I live, but I'd made the appointment, so I hustled over there to get it done. They were definitely busy and near closing time, but I was happy they were able to accommodate me. My pedicure was comprehensive and relaxing, but I'm a little let down about the quality of my manicure, specifically the polish. I was there past closing so I totally get wanting to wrap things up, but my nail tech bumped my thumb and instead of fixing it, painted over it so now it's bumpy looking and looks like it'll probably chip in the coming days. It also took almost two hours for this manicure and pedicure to be done, which again, super happy they were able to accommodate me but in hindsight I should've realized I was booking way too close to closing time and picked a different day. read more

I went to the Broadway location & this salon gave my nails the best shape I've ever seen! Other nail salons have done a sloppy job, or have even complained about my nail shape. I got a gel manicure. WiWi took great care to shape my nails and did such a wonderful job that after 3 weeks there is still no chipping. I'm already planning my next set! The salon has a cute modern interior that I loved as well. I paid $65 total for the gel manicure ($45) and design ($20) as well as tip on top of that. read more

Mia and Zora is literally the bests their attention to detail is insane. They filed and shape me and my friends nails perfectly. I do square and my friend does almond. I opted to get an SNS powder manicure. I chose a very light pink color to go with everything. I loved how they did it without even drilling anything. It was thin and really smooth. Very rude customer service which clearly lets you know they don't welcome your patronage. I was a client of this place for a really long time in a very consistent basis. Last time I went was at the end of November 2025 to get cat eye gel. I decided to give my nails a break (after getting them done for a long time every 2-3 weeks) and called to make an appointment end of March for April 1st. I never received a text confirming the appointment so I called before my appointment on 4/1 and I was told I didn't have one. I told the woman who answered that I called the day before and maybe it was booked for the next day but she said there was nothing. I tried to book another appointment and at some point she mentioned I never got an appointment because I would book appointments and was a no show. I told her that was a lie and to let me know when was the last time her system shows I was a no show. She got very defensive and rude and hanged up on me. Let me preface this by saying the gel manicures/pedicures I've gotten here have pretty consistently lasted for a month. That said. DO NOT book the first appointment of the day (for when they allegedly open at 10am). I work Pacific hours, so it used to be wonderful when I could get right in at 10am and be done with my nails before the start of my workday. The last three times I've tried to come for my appointment - scheduled DAYS in advance, by the way, so they knew I was coming - they have not shown up until 10:15/10:20, with the actual work on my nails essentially not starting until 10:30. One of the times several customers and I were left waiting in the rain for them to come and open the salon. Today was no different. I stood outside for 20 minutes and didn't receive a greeting or an apology when they showed up. Just a shrug as they unlocked the gate. The pedicure included stones and a towel that were literally room temperature (actually felt colder) because nothing was ready for my appointment. The nail technician dropped the nail file as she was doing my pedicure and then proceeded to go back to using it on my feat. The nail bar where you sit was noticeably dirty too (specifically the little arm rests they have at each seat), in a way that I've never seen there. Overall it was an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful appointment, and frankly at odds with the actual quality of the work they do. read more

Love this new location and happy to see Wellshow thriving! This wellshow has the same magic as the Steinway location. The set up is very similar including the nail bar. Same exceptional service and customer service. I included this in my review of their other location too, but I absolutely love that they hand file here (for gel and SNS). It keeps my nails healthy and strong. If you're thinking about visiting, go ahead and try them out! I love this salon! My nails always last when I get them here. Their powder is impeccable, lol. It lasted me 3 weeks without a single chip! I only got them redone because of growth. Their gel is also long lasting and not thick. The entire manicure is meticulously done and they pay close attention to the details. Went here with my sister for pedicures and manicures. They are perfectionist with great attention to detail. They have a policy you can come back if it's chipped free of charge within a certain period of time. Very clean and relaxed. Great color selection. Love that they use Zoya products! This review is for powder gel. I've been going her for the last 3 months and I am not happy with the quality after a week or two it started lifting. The way they clean your nails are awesome but the end result is not for a long run. With the old nail salon i go to my powder gel usually last 3-4 weeks. I just want to try this new salon because it's 2 blocks away from me. They are also a bit pricey and they doesn't do nail art on top of powder gel. If you use 3 different color they will charge you $5 more. I don't think I'll go back here again or will recommend them to my friends. read more

I walked in wanting to get a manicure. There was no customers and 3 nail techs standing around. One took me and sat me down. She cut my nails, pushed my cuticles back dry, did not soak my fingers, slapped some cream on my hands and finished. A very shitty job. I asked for a buff and shine. I literally walked out of there with my nails less shiny than when I walked it. Terrible job. She literally did my manicure within 15 minutes. I am very disappointed. Came in for a gel mani a few weeks ago and found the spa to be super clean and relaxing. I had a paper-cut and felt terrible but my nail tech was super careful to keep it clean and work around it. My nails look great and the quality of the gel is great but the woman doing my nails cut me too much while cutting my cuticles on my pointer finger and it started bleeding a lot. She said sorry and put some powder on it. I used to go to a place in the UES before this and this has never happened to me before so I didn't question it. When I went to pay, there was very visibly dried blood around the outline of my nail and the guy saw it and looked shocked. Still paid full price. Since then, my cuticle has been in pain and it got swollen. I've been putting a bandaid on just to avoid anything touching it and causing more pain. Honestly, it's been looking the same for the past few days. Seems like it got infected. Very disappointed in this place because I had high hopes. Now I'm worried about this infection getting worse and if I may have to see a doctor and get antibiotics. Terrible. Still had me pay full price seeing the damage and didn't tell me of any special care to do at home to help it. read more
