She had a like when I arrived, but was able to assist and keep things moving for everyone. All areas including the lobby, restroom and back of house were well maintained and clean. The lobby was free of clutter and the chairs were all appropriately spaced apart. They do have a small children's area with small tables and an interactive TV, but no toys given the current Covid era. **To anyone needing a Covid-19 test...I recommend booking an online/virtual appointment first, completing it then booking your actual appointment. I went this route and got same day booking for a rapid test. If I would have just made an in person appointment without the virtual visit, it would have been two days before I was able to be seen.** Total wait time for virtual visit was 1 hour, on site was 25 mins and for results was 15 mins. So total wait time was 1 hour and 40 minutes from start to finish. Overall, this is a solid option for Urgent Care needs. I prefer to not be a frequent visitor, but in the event it's needed, I would certainly choose this location over a few others in the area.
