In the first place, the store is neat, clean, and well-organized (and less face it fellow nerds, that is... not always to be expected from a comic and game store). It's a place you'd be more than happy to take friends or family to. Likewise the spread of products is amazing. Like comics? They've got you covered with new and used comics as well as trades. Like roll-playing games? They've got a full spread, with a particularly strong D&D selection. (And they also take part in Free RPG Day to promote the hobby.) Or suppose you want to defend the Mortal Realms from Chaos or the Imperium of Man from the Ruinous Powers? Well, there's a whole spread of Games Workshop paints and models as well. And then there's also a fine selection of conventional board games. Finally, they've recently started carrying other modeling supplies soo that you can get nearly all your mini-painting needs in one location. Not only is the selection fantastic, but if they don't carry something, they'll happily order it for you. This is true of both comics and gaming materials. Finally, they don't just sell the material, they also provide a community venue for gaming. Indeed, much of the space in the store is full of tables for both RPGs and tabletop wargaming (with terrain supplies as well). There are scheduled blocks of time for RPGs as well as for tabletop wargaming, and they hold frequent Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 tournaments.
