Phony high volume money machine. Nasty staff. Acts like she cares, but if you need something pressing, won't return your call.

A few years ago, I had Mohs surgery on my nose at Schweiger Dermatology for basal cell carcinoma…read more Before the procedure, I was told I might have a scar--but what I ended up with felt more like a disfigurement (see photos. The crater on my nose is from the surgery). Right after the surgery, I was handed a plastic surgeon's business card and told I'd need reconstruction. Recently, I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma again. This time, I chose a facility in New York that has both a Mohs surgeon and a plastic surgeon on-site, hoping for a better outcome. I asked Schweiger to forward my biopsy results to the new facility a week ago. I've left multiple voicemails and emails--but haven't heard back. This is cancer, and time matters. The lack of response is upsetting and unacceptable. I wonder if they've lost my records or won't send them because I've chosen a different provider. As you may imagine, I can't recommend Schweiger Dermatology based on my experience.

Avoid Schweiger Dermatology - Poor Billing Practices and Cold Service…read more I went to Schweiger twice. The first time, they resolved my scalp hair loss issue--effective treatment. The second time, I had skin tags removed. The procedure was quick and healed well, though it left a small scar. I can live with that. But the experience beyond treatment was frustrating: The doctor was clinical and brief. No real discussion, no clear explanation of what he planned to do. Just in and out. Billing was a nightmare. I paid $175 upfront, then got billed $64 again for the same visit. After submitting proof and being told I'd get a refund, I was contacted again a month later--no record of my payment, no record of my submission. I had to threaten legal action just to get someone to take it seriously. They scheduled another procedure but refused to give a cost estimate until after surgery. That's unacceptable and feels like a setup for surprise billing. I've since switched clinics. The new place is transparent, professional, and respectful. Schweiger may get the job done medically, but the lack of communication and shady billing practices make it a hard no for me.

He truly took the time to listen to my concerns, goals, and vision for my transformation. His approach is compassionate, empathetic, and welcoming -- more like visiting family than going to a doctor's office. His assistant, Carmen, is absolutely wonderful. She is caring, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and provide reassurance throughout the entire process. My surgery ended up taking a bit longer than expected -- nearly 10 hours -- but everything went beautifully. Dr. Wisser is an incredibly skilled surgeon who performed my procedure with professionalism, precision, and artistry. His staff was warm, supportive, and even brought some much-needed humor during what could have been a very stressful and anxiety-filled experience before and after surgery. What truly sets Dr. Wisser apart is his bedside manner. He has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and confident in yourself, no matter what stage of your journey you are in. He is funny, quick-witted, informative, and genuinely caring. You never feel rushed or judged -- only supported. I could not be happier with my results. As someone who hasn't seen a flat, tight tummy in over 20 years, I can honestly say I finally feel bikini ready! Dr. Wisser was also incredibly responsive after surgery, patiently answering countless calls, texts, and questions with kindness and care. Dr. Wisser is truly a diamond among surgeons. His professionalism, expertise, rapport with patients, and exceptional bedside manner are unmatched. He has built a practice centered on trust, compassion, and outstanding care. I highly recommend Dr. Wisser to anyone considering plastic surgery. He is truly the best of the best!

I have had an excellent experience with him and the staff at the Princeton Rejuvenation Institute over the last 8 months. I travel from the Washington, DC area to have extensive laser treatments for chronic folliculitis and in-grown hairs, and I am experiencing great results! He works tirelessly to ensure his patients are comfortable and happy during and following treatment. His staff is excellent (especially his wonderful nurse Lori!!) and their prices are very reasonable for the high-quality services they provide.

I guess my only hesitation in recommending them is that the nurse (at a dermatology office!) did not seem to know that all warts/verrucas are caused by HPV. This is pretty basic and important, because patients should be warned they're probably infectious and leaving stable DNA viruses everywhere.

I've been a patient of Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center of Princeton for approximately 3 years,…read moreseeing Dr. Vine's RPA, Nicole. Beginning in July of last year, I had several visits with Nicole around skin itching which turned into very painful lesions and I mentioned to her on the first visit that my dog was being treated for deer mites. I was then treated (unsuccessfully) for mites for 6 months without a biopsy or formal diagnosis, which it turns out was a simple skin scraping that should have been performed during my second visit in late summer, once the lesions were visible. In addition to the time and cost of six office visits with Nicole, I was put on several Rx medications including oral and cream steroids, as well as 2 trips to an allergist and one to the ER for what I feared was a mite infection in my right ear (Nicole had shared she "didn't have an ear scope in her office"). The ER doc said my ear was irritated but saw no signs of mites. Needless to say, believing that for six months I had insects living in and burrowing under my skin was incredibly disturbing and stressful, on so many levels. Once I learned from a family member in February 2026 that a simple skin scraping was the standard procedure for diagnosing mites and shared this with Nicole's nurse via email, Nicole performed the biopsy and diagnosed Grovers Disease, which made perfect sense based on my symptoms. I never had mites yet was treated for them for more than six months. After receiving a nearly $400 bill from my last visit, which for me was the icing on the cake, I mailed a personal letter to Dr. Vine outlining my experience and included the bill with a request for a speedy resolution. I never heard from Dr. Vine--but the bill was returned to me in an envelope with the amount I owed highlighted in yellow. Shame on them. My understanding is that the Office Administrator most likely received my "confidential" letter to Dr. Vine and that she may not have shared it with him. I hope he reads this, and subsequently, my letter. I could never recommend this group that I trusted to do no harm, and at the very least, take responsibility and accountability for their failure to do just that. MEM, Bucks County, PA

Jump to the chase - it was benign, and I am doing well. [Note: The tumor did not show up on CAT scans taken prior to surgery.] When I was confronted with this trauma, I was in the hands of plastic surgeon Dr. Jamie Wisser. THANK GOD. Let me repeat that, THANK GOD! First, Dr. Wisser was truthful about what he was encountering (remember, my forehead was anesthetized but I was awake & alert). He was reassuring. He explained what he was removing & how he was progressing. Seventy minutes later, I was all stitched & glued together and talking to him and his surgical nurse about post-surgical care. Since my surgery in late March, Dr. Wisser and his superb staff have been there for me every step of the way. From the early symptoms: loss of feeling in my head & forehead, small bags of fluid appearing under my eyes, and occasional head pain. To my current state of recovery: I now have feeling in my head & forehead. I can move my eyebrows up & down without pain or stiffness. I can now sleep peacefully on my stomach. I'm getting some exercise and I am almost ready to go swimming - dipping (not diving nor aggressive head -thrashing crawling). If healing continues, my incision will soon be completely invisible. As each problem surfaced or concern arose, Dr. Wisser monitored the condition, offered treatment and advice. Dr. Wisser is skilled, kind and patient. I never felt rushed during ANY phase of treatment. I'm writing this to say I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND DR. WISSER. If you are fortunate enough to be seeing Dr. Wisser for cosmetic surgery, lucky, lucky you. This is precisely the person who you want to entrust with such an important, personal, formidable decision. If you are seeing Dr. Wisser for non-elective medical surgery, competence is one less aspect of your journey you will need to worry about. You are in experienced, skilled hands. You will love his entire team.
