Burger was good. They didn't give us my chili, and the Cinnamon roll was so old it was dry all the way through.

I did the build my own for the first time but might go with the standard options next time as I think you get more for the price. It's also confusing what topping options they have since nothing is labeled so it's hard to decide and make quick decisions, especially when you see a line of people behind you. The salad tasted fresh and high quality. You choose your salad toppings, they mix for you and then you checkout. I came on a Tues at 11:30 and there wasn't a line initially but by the time I left there was one forming. They are pricey, but what salad place isn't. My salad was $14 without tax since I added avocado for an additional $1.5.

Built My Own Bowl and Customer Service did a great job on presentation. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, and enough dressing (other places this has been an issue) to mix well. They offer catering for wraps, bowls, fresh fruit, drinks, etc and a pretty good variety for even the pickiest eater. Follow me for more reviews and message me what I try next. I've been to the Bloomington location and that is WAY better than this one…read more.. There is plenty of parking and it is close to off the highway, so decent location. Walking inside the first thing I noticed was the lack of decor and warmth in this place. The pictures are hanging up spaced unevenly. The boards above the booths are not screwed into the wall. It honestly looks and feels tacky. There is a lack of decor and the lighting is too harsh. It feels like someone is moving out. Our server and the other employees, are the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars. They were absolutely lovely and helped one another out. Our water glasses were filled multiple times and our server was very sweet. The food: we started with a beer and mojito. The beer was good. The Mojito was too strong and too sweet. It was really strange... Then we had the lobster bisque. It was very peppery and lacked flavor. There was only one piece of lobster and it had a strange after taste to it. The jerk chicken nachos were awesome is flavor but sooo greasy. See the pictures. I got the hot chicken and waffles. The texture of the chicken was great!! And the waffles were tasty! But these chicken tenders are very spicy and I could only get through half the meal. I would love if you could pick a non spicy version!! My boyfriend got a lobster roll and said it was good not great and the fries were pretty standard. We will not be back to this location. If you want to try this place, I would recommend the Bloomington location!

I'm thirty if this helps give you an idea of what I'm talking about. Service was a bit slow and we were sitting for a while until our server showed up. Their menu has some Asian twists which I was excited for. They also have wood fire pizzas if you like that. I don't go to restaurants for an overpriced pizza. I go for main course entrees that I'm hoping to get a wow from. We tried the chicken wings as a starter (only thing is that it came out with the entrees). The wings had a burnt flavor with a slight Asian twang. The hot mustard dipping sauce cleared my sinuses and tasted sorta like horseradish. It didn't pair well with the wings to me. For the main courses we tried the orecchiette and the grilled whole fish. The orecchiette was boring and needed more of a sauce. The grilled fish was also boring and was just a fish without any sauce. Is this a thing? I feel like fish needs a little more something. And for $55, I'm wanting a really good fish. The main courses don't come with sides, so you order separate sides that are larger portion "to share". The smoked potato purée was weird and I don't think smokey potatoes should be a thing. Overall, we didn't like any food item we tried or the vibes.
