Restaurant was not clean. Tables were all dirty even for the ones we were to be sat at. We asked for it to be cleaned, server came over and wiped table and seats down with a soaking wet towel and didn't dry it. She expected us to sit on completely wet seats. I asked for her to dry it off and she did. There was only one other table in there and service was still lacking. Food was fine. My medium burger was cooked WELL DONE but the fries were crispy as I requested. We were charged an additional $1.50 for Mayo on my burger. Without warning. What the heck kind of nonsense is that? $1.50 for mayo for a sandwich. Without saying something is especially ridiculous. I grew up in this neighborhood and was visiting on a trip from out of state. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

Although I've been to Tailgate numerous times I never stopped in Patty Wagon until last night. Attempted to go next door with my boys and there was a meat raffle/ too noisy for the kids liking. They opted for Patty Wagon instead and I don't regret it. Service was great, the double porky burger was surprisingly good, and the boys enjoyed their food. All in all good experience!

Everything was excellent from the food to the customer service. The pricing is appropriate and you get a lot for your money. Mindy made the experience pleasant and gave us a few suggestions from the menu that she enjoys. The grilled buffalo sandwich was a decent size and I appreciated how much sauce was on it. The patty melt was crunchy and not overdone. The mozzarella sticks hit and reminded us of Arby's. They offer trivia, bingo and karaoke on weeknights. i will definitely be back.

Stopped in Saturday, 12/21/24 for a later lunch and received a warm greeting from Mindy. She appeared to be the only one working and was a bit busy when we walked in, but did not hesitate to acknowledge us and let us know she'll be with us. I have to say that goes a long way in my book and talk about excellent customer service skills. When she was ready, she sat us at our table of choice and gave us a few of her favorites on the menu. We went with the mozzarella sticks for our appetizer which were very good. I loved how light and thick cheese they were. For our meals, we ordered the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich and the patty melt with extra onion and extra pickle, and cheddar cheese. The entire meal was good. It's enough food to have leftovers for another time. I love how bright and colorful the restaurant is. It's fun themed inside. I was too full to try it, but they offer some fun milkshakes. Some of them look huge and scrumptious. They also offer trivia and bingo some night of the week. Mindy is an excellent waitress and made for a wonderful first experience. I'll be back for the jalapeño poppers!

We went to the Patty Wagon because it was near an event we were going to. It turned out to be a location we've been before -- but, back then, it was a Mexican Restaurant. Now, it's a bar/hamburger joint. The prices are excellent and the food was good. My wife had a plain hamburger and I had their V8 hamburger. The V8 includes swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, and thousand island dressing. As requested, the hamburger was rare and the thousand island dressing was served on the side. The hamburger was a bit drippy and required two napkins, but that was to be expected with all of the toppings. It came with skin-on fries which were excellent and had a good taste. The burger is normally $8.95, but since it was Thursday, all burgers were $8.00 -- an even better deal. The service was friendly and I received a pop refill without even asking for it, which is always appreciated. Although this is far from "fine dining" it certainly is a good value place for bar food if you are in the area.

Stopped in as it came up on our way home. I'm glad we did. It was so good and the prices are amazing. I can't believe it wasn't busier, but there is a sports bar next door and not a lot of parking, so I imagine that is part of the issue. But if you get a chance, do stop in. The place is worth it. I know if we are in the neighborhood, we will stop in.

Service was slow. Waited 15mins to place a to-go order. Waited another 35 mins for a burger, tots and curds. Curds were bland and flavorless. When asked if the tots were soggy or crispy, the employee said the tots were soggy so I ordered them crispy. They taste burnt. The stuffed burger I ordered was supposed to have bacon on it on it and had nothing. Food was just warm- not hot! They had the opportunity to fix the situation and 5 employees who knew I had been waiting did nothing. $35 for crap food. Do not recommend! ****EDIT After I started eating my food, I realized they gave me the wrong burger! I ordered the cheddar bacon burger and they gave me a burger with blue cheese in it. After all that time, they didn't even serve me the right main entree! I call the restaurant and spoke with manager Travis. I demanded a full refund. He stated that he will refund my whole meal and wanted to send me an additional gift card for what happened. I provided my address. We will wait and see if anything shows up.

    Receipt for subpar breakfast

We went for breakfast on memorial day. Ref flag should have been that only 2 tables had customers. The service was ok. The girl was competent but seeing how slow it was she was off doing prep most of the time. The real meat of the issue was the actual food. It was TERRIBLE. The waffle was clearly made of bisquick instant mix, and the chicken tenders were hard, clearly came out of a box as well. The omelet my partner got had frozen gyro meat, raw spinach, and canned mushrooms in it. The iced coffee was also extremely bitter. I had high hopes but will never spend money on a place that can't even make their chicken tenders fresh. Don't bother unless you're wanting a cheap burger or gross coffee.

Big wings!! Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. Restaurant was completely empty, which was nice. We received great service! Sports bar so they had TVs playing. The atmosphere was nice overall. From reading other peoples reviews and looking at the menu they are known for their burgers. I don't eat beef so I'm always hopeful that sport bars have good chicken wings. I ordered buffalo wings and fries. The wings were big, I didn't really care for them though. If I'm completely honest, they needed seasoning. Cooking unseasoned meat and throwing sauce on it does nothing. Chicken with no seasoning has no flavor. Throwing buffalo sauce on unseasoned cooked meat doesn't give it flavor. The fries were good (it's hard to mess up potatoes). Prices were reasonable here! They offered a lot on their menu which is nice. The waiter was nice.

The atmosphere is fun and lively, although it does get pretty noisy, so it can be a little hard to hear at times. The food was delicious and definitely not your average brunch menu. Everything felt thoughtful, unique, and full of flavor. Most items are made from scratch, including the biscuits, the bacon, and even the hot sauce, which really shows in the taste. The Mediterranean tartine was a standout with the perfect balance of salty prosciutto and the sweet balsamic onion ricotta. The house Benedict was excellent and the hollandaise was some of the best I've had. The waffle was good but nothing especially memorable, it felt a little overpowered by the raspberry compote. The cocktails were fantastic too. The Orange Dream was the perfect brunch drink, light, creamy, and refreshing. Overall, a great experience with incredible food and wonderful service. But there is definitely room for improvement. We went for lunch on a Monday. It was busier than I expected, but not overwhelming. My understanding is that they have fewer hot items at lunch compared to dinner. That said, most of the buffet was salad options. There were lots of dressings and toppings, which is great if you love salads and want to mix and match. But for me, I like meat and hot items, so I was disappointed by the lack of those options. The majority of the buffet space really is just for salads. I do wish the staff had asked if we had dined there before. We had not, so it was a little confusing. For example, we didn't know they had trays, so we just grabbed plates until we noticed everyone else carrying trays around. I also wasn't sure if I was supposed to get a new tray each trip or reuse the same one, so I just brought my old one back up. We also didn't know if we were supposed to wait for a waiter or waitress to greet us before going up to the buffet. We just got up, and our waitress introduced herself while we were awkwardly walking toward the buffet. Again, she was very nice. The process was just unclear for first-timers. As for the food itself, most of what I had was either just okay or not something I really loved. There were a few great items, though. The Adobo Chicken for tacos was delicious. The cookies were great too. They tasted like the old Subway cookies, which I mean as a big compliment. The Chicken Teriyaki was also good. The ambiance is really nice. There are windows EVERYWHERE! The place seemed pretty clean, which is especially important for a buffet. The bathrooms are outdated, but fine. The ice cream was good, and I liked that they had hot fudge available. The soups, pizza, a pasta I had, breadsticks, and several other items I tried were just not great. A lot of it felt like something I could make better at home. And for the cost, I feel like I could get something better somewhere else. It was about $20 per person for lunch, which isn't terrible, but also isn't great for what was offered. One thing that confused us (yet again) was tipping. You pay beforehand, and there does not seem to be an option to tip the waitress with a card. We also weren't really waited on much (it's a buffet, so you do most of the "work"), but she did get us waters and cleared our plates, so we left a few dollars in cash. If we hadn't had cash on us, we would not have been able to leave anything. Maybe they don't expect people to tip, but again, it was just another confusing part of the experience. One thing I appreciated was that they had gloves available to use when dishing up food. That was nice, especially if you are concerned about germs or contamination. Overall, I would not seek this place out again. We probably won't be back unless someone in our friend or family group really wants to try it. If I did go back, I would probably only go for dinner and hope there are more hot options and tastier items. Who is this place for? I think it is geared more toward families and groups. It could be a good option if you have picky eaters or if everyone wants something different.

She was friendly, gave us great recommendations and information, kept my bottomless cup of tea full, and was very prompt throughout. We ordered salmon and told her we were going to split the meal and she brought an extra plate. The tea and soup were both tasty and hot...just like I like them. The broccoli steamed was steamed to tender perfection. The ceiling had acoustic tile so noise from other diners never disturbed our conversation. If there was background music, it was so soft I did not notice it. There was frequently a line for the two, unisex bathrooms, which were clean but perhaps a little worn.
