We passed through the drive thru on a road trip, and the service was fast and friendly. The food was on par or better than other Wendy's. We all got breakfast sandwiches that were pretty good. I would recommend to pass on the biscuits and gravy though. I'm not expecting much from a fast food joint though. However - we had our little pup with us and were completely blown away by their kindness of giving a dog treat. It was a special touch, and he was a happy camper. read more

Loved the customer service from the friendly greeting when we entered, great customer service to the cleanest dining area I've been in. Our table was completely clean which is rare now a days. Very slow service. Line was out the door. Sandwich maker kid wandering around the kitchen like he was in a daze. I ordered a regular double burger, they gave me a single. My order was to-go, so I couldn't go back to complain. The lettuce "leaf" had a giant vein going right up the middle. Very hard to eat that. We stopped at Wendy's to pick up dinner for my son, while traveling thru the area. The wait in line was a little ridiculous for there only being one other person in line. When I got up to the window to pay, the price was low. My son gets the same thing every time, so I knew it wasn't right. I then had to repeat our order to her 3 times before she got it right. She was polite about the whole thing and maybe it's my northern accent. Of course when we got his order, it wasn't correct and I had to ask for his fries, AGAIN. read more

This place was terrible for me and my family. The food was awful and tasted like it had sat there a while, the drink machine had no water, no ice, and half of everything was gone. The bathrooms were gross-- paper towels all over the floor with unflushed toilets and tile missing from the walls. I would not recommend. read more

The only reason I gave it two stars was bc the employee was sweet and the burger was amazing. Cold pickles and lettuce with a really hot fresh burger and bun. The bathroom was atrocious tho. And any place with a dirty bathroom is prob dirty in the kitchen. If they clean that to impress customers then what does the back look like? There were flies all over the restaurant. Or maybe they were gnats. The fries were greasy and undercooked too. We won't be stopping here anytime soon. read more

Stopped by for a quick bite during a long road trip. I should've gone to the other fast food restaurant down the street. Disappointing dining experience... 1. Litter on the floor 2. Garbage cans overflowing 3. Only 1 cashier doing all of the work 4.Waited at least 15 mins for service, even though there were only 2 people in front of us and less than 3 customers dining inside. 5.No ketchup in either of the 2 Large dispensers 6.Tables were dirty. We just left this restaurant and the service was courteous and restaurant was clean. They got our order right and very quickly!! The bathrooms were clean, and an employee was going around wiping tables. There was another employee, perhaps the manager checking on all the tables and greeting folks as they came in while we ate. We were surprised by all of this because it is not our usual experience with road trip fast food stops. So good job to this team and keep it up! read more

This is BY FAR the WORST Wendy's I've ever been to. We were traveling through Adel on our way home from Florida and decided to stop and get something quick so we could get back on the road. This store's staff works at a snail's pace, no sense of urgency with a line out the door and they couldn't get one thing right! They missed a drink on our order because the girl taking our order was more concerned with talking to everyone else there instead of doing her job. The boy putting the bags of orders together looked lost, was incredibly slow and did not get ONE order right which caused further backup. We had 5 people in our group and they gave us 3 of one persons order and missed two other burgers that were ordered. How does this happen? The Manager was rude and would not listen to what we were trying to tell her and the other manager was just as slow and unfazed by what was going on. If I were Corporate, I would either start over with new staff (including managers) or close this location altogether. The bathrooms were also atrocious, trashed and smelled horrid. Needless to say, this has definitely ruined my family on wanting to return to a Wendy's anytime soon. I would have given it no stars if that were an option. read more

Our family stopped here while we were on a road trip to Atlanta. We pulled up and our order was taken right away. We had a few requests, ketchup only, no lettuce, etc... and they got them all right. Both employees we encountered at the drive thru windows were friendly and had our order ready very quickly. Our order was great. The food was hot and prepared correctly. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. Wendy's is know for Their quality but this shop must've slipped through their quality control. It's obvious the hamburger I got had been sitting around for awhile, it was cold, and the meat was over cooked. It also was not what ordered so they apparently just threw what they had on hand in the bag. They also were out of large drink cups. Don't waste your time here. read more

So I went to this Wendy's, and a family member who was with me ordered a baked potato. Then I also order a baked potato, as due to religious circumstances, I couldn't eat flour at the time. The lady behind the counter says that they only have one potato left, and it takes an hour to make another. Seriously? If they knew they were running short, why not make more before they run out? I wound up getting the potato and the family member ordered a salad, only to find out that the salad had blue cheese on it, even though that was not on the description of it. She does not like blue cheese, so that wasn't good. As for drinks, I ordered a strawberry iced tea. You know Wendy's motto "You know when it's real?" Yes, I know it, and I knew that it wasn't real. The "strawberry" was a blood red, thick syrup you may see on some ice cream....and there was a lot in it. It tasted okay, but I regret not getting a cup of water. Oh well......... read more
