Haven't been to a Wendy's in a long time. After this trip, I'll be going more often. I got the Southwest Avocado Salad - half size. It was more than enough and delicious. Husband had the burger. Liked it. The young woman who took our order was friendly and efficient. She got our order correctly, and food came out quickly. It was definitely FRESH! All of the staff seemed friendly & efficient. Dining area was clean and modern looking. The women's bathroom was okay. Someone put a paper towel in the toilet. I pulled it out and tossed it in the garbage before using it. Toilet, soap, water & towel dispenser all worked. Not staff's fault if someone tossed towel in toilet, especially since toilet paper was on the roll. read more

Couldn't tell you about the food because we were refused service when they were still open. It was 15 mins before close but I was only wanting fries for my 6 yr old son. Woman with the headset on was extremely rude when she finally came to the window after I honked my horn to get someone's attention. It was obvious they were ignoring me at that point. read more

I can't comment about the food, simply because I was only grabbing a drink. It was when I went to the bathroom that I was really disgusted. The staff here is very friendly. They got our order right and there was a lot going on. Bathrooms are clean - 1 person stall/bathroom. They also have the Coke machine where you can personalize your drinks by choosing different flavors etc. Nice sitting area. read more

If your thinking Wendy's or McD's. Skip Wendy's on the other side of the over pass is a McD's and it's new, clean and good but they may get a little lost when you use their drive thru. The tea rocks and the coffee is always good. Unlike most McD's. Wendy's is greasy and rude. And I normally love Wendy's over McD's. read more

Food was average. The burgers tasted like they poured the whole box of salt on them though. My Fries were pretty good. Manager was being rude to her employees in front of customers. She was also the cashier and would not take another persons order until the first one was filled. This made the line very long (it took forever to get our food.) read more

They say open, there's people inside, there's a giant sign that says "now serving breakfast everyday until 10:30" and they refuse to talk to you so you sit there at the ordering machine thinking it's broken or something, you drive off and they stare at you. Foods good but 5 out of 5 times i was there my order was wrong and one of the drivethru folks called me a liar because he said i didn't order something I clearly said 3 times at the speaker but he just could not hear me or he does not have active listening. I've been to this location a few times. The first few times im did the drive through and the older white lady working didn't seem like she cared at all. Just plain rude. The 3rd time I had a sweet young black girl who because she was so nice kept me from boycotting this location all together. This last time I came In and went inside. There was a family ahead of me and the manager and cashier couldn't seem to get on the same page. They took my order and stood there forever. We stopped here for dinner on a road trip, and it was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Wendy's. Most of our food was special ordered, and only one sandwich ended up being made right. Instead of a junior bacon cheeseburger we ordered, we were given a double stack. We also ordered two plain crispy chicken sandwiches, and were given ones with everything. The cashier did not do a good job of letting the kitchen know what she needed, and the poor communication was obviously frustrating them. We just wanted to leave, so we didn't check our food again before we left. We discovered in the car later that to fix the chicken sandwiches, they took the ones they had given us originally and scraped off the mayo and lettuce. There were still little bits of lettuce and small globs of mayo left on the sandwiches. We usually love Wendy's, but this was very disappointing. read more

I don't expect much from fast food places. The name asays it all. I want something edible and fast. This place has to be the worst service I have ever had anywhere. The manager is walking up and down in fluffy house slippers. Very unprofessional and doing absolutely nothing. The food took literally 25 minutes for combos. Awful. Menu is half lit, speaker crackles to the point you can't hear and most of the employees are down right rude. Waited for 14 minutes after paying to actually receive my "fast" food. My husband and my 2 children went to get food at 945pm. We were turned away because they said the dining room was closed. The sign clearly said 10pm. All we wanted was food to go. The woman who was a manager said the drivethru is open until 11pm. My husband told her we were in a semi and couldn't fit thru the drivethru. She laughed in his face and told him she didn't know what we were gonna do. All we wanted was to feed our children and the nearest truck stop is 50miles away. Extremely rude staff, people that don't even work there are working the counter, the food is ok but it took forever. Yesterday while traveling with my kids, I stopped at the Kangaroo gas station to get gas and use the bathroom. There were only 2 stalls in the bathroom so I waited against the wall next to the sink. A Wendy's drive thru employee came out of the stall, adjusted her headset that she still had on and walked out the door without washing her hands. From the smell, i am almost positive that she had a bowel movement before touching her uniform, headset, door handle and who knows what else she contaminated. I pray for anyone that may have gotten food from the Wendy's attached to the Kangaroo gas station on exit 399(High springs) because the brunette working the 2nd window may have spread bacteria to your items. read more

To the young black male manager working 4/5/2018 you are the only reason this review gets a star. You are the prime example of what customer service should be. I didn't see his name tag but he was working drive through and doing a very good job. On the other hand I did get Lacy's name because after standing at the counter for 5 mins and over hearing your conversation about why you are not going to work until you are supposed to cause they didn't give you a raise, you finally decided to ask me what I wanted. Your performance speaks for itself. Everyone knows that's not best job in the world but you chose it, so do your best to be good at it. read more
