Every bite felt warm and comforting, the kind of food that makes you pause mid‑conversation because the flavor hits you in waves. Creamy, crunchy, fresh, savory... everything balanced beautifully. I also tried the al pastor, and it was incredible. Tender, juicy, with that perfect hint of sweetness and char that makes al pastor unforgettable. You can taste the love and intention in every bite. I even asked for more purée to boost the flavor. The problem was I couldn't taste the gin. Just seltzer. The issue I have when I go out to dinner I'm looking for a meal I won't make at home and although there is a huge chunk of the population that doesn't really care what they eat as long as they don't have to make it , I don't fall in that category.
