Sadly nothing else was reaching out to me in the greater Alachua area, so eventually I just went to this Taco Bell and got my usual there... a Burrito Supreme combo which comes with a drink and a Taco Supreme. I can't fault the service or the food. It is what you would expect from any Taco Bell, which is exactly what you want. My rating of three stars stems from that. No better or worse than any other Taco Bell, the food was at their standard, and I did not experience anything bad or good with the staff. The place was as tidy as I have come to expect of a fast food restaurant shortly after the lunch rush.

Tonight while running late errands I stopped in the drive thru for a sweet tea and a diary free Dilly bar. I was asked, chocolate or vanilla but then quickly nevermind they only come in chocolate. I responded, well they're vanilla ice cream (coconut ice cream) inside and chocolate on the outside. I proceed to the window and pay. I'm handed my tea and then with smiles and giggles, my Dilly bar. It was dark, so I didn't see that it was wrong. One bite and I immediately knew it was wrong. She gave me a low fat Dilly bar NOT a dairy free Dilly bar. This could have been a catastrophy. They need to educate their employees about people with food allergies and the importance of paying attention to what they are doing. I still recommend Dairy Queen, this is the first time I've had a problem. But if you have food allergies, beware because mindless giggles won't care.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I am a local resident so I have had the…read morepleasure of coming to this establishment multiple times. Every time there has been an issue. Typically it is involving the wait time. This time was no different, but it was more than just a long wait. I came into the restaurant and I made an order. Number five three-piece tenders with red beans and rice. Seems like a simple order for a chicken establishment. But after waiting more than 28 minutes, I started to worry. So I politely got up and I went to the front counter. And this is where the problem started. One of the employees asked me if I was waiting on something and I simply replied yes, I'm waiting for my order and at this point, I was sort of confused. That is when the employee turned around and stated that it would be another 20 minutes that they just dropped my order in the fryer. So if you're not good with math, 28+20 = 48 minutes total. For a three piece chicken tenders. This is totally unacceptable in the fast food industry but it gets even worse. After waiting another 18-20mins I watched multiple people come into the restaurant and complain about them waiting out in the drive thru for their orders, I was totally involved in this comical movie skit taking place infront of me. Every customer who complained about the wait time or their food quality was made fun of and laughed at whenever they walked out of the restaurant. This was a never ending cycle. After waiting a total of 57 mins for 3 chicken tenders and red beans and rice I was handed my food by the manager and she had a very disappointed facial expression as if she was aggravated or upset with customers. So by this point I started to realize the problems within this establishment were not because of broken fryers or ovens. It isn't because of broken drink machines, or a lack of employees. It is simply because of bad management hiring people who do not care about their jobs or customers satisfaction. Restaurants like this fail because it becomes a never-ending cycle of horrible customer service bad bad attitudes, and managers that truly hate their job. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to hire somebody who understands how to run a business. If I was the manager at this place, I would hire everybody and I would rehire all new staff, and I would make sure that the people that I'm hiring want to actually work. I would also make sure that they actually enjoy themselves. Because everybody in this establishment looked like they were extremely upset, irritated, and irritable. Which caused an extremely bad environment.
