While picking up coffee nearby I Decided to stop by the drive thru here to get some quick breakfast before heading towards home. This location is so tucked away in the back of this large lot that I almost didn't see it. In all honesty the only reason I did was because I drove to the end of the lot to get easier access to exit on to Anthem Way. There was no one in site and the drive thru was empty. Score for me so I could get in and out hopefully. I ordered and had my food in under five minutes. Service was ok but nothing over the top. He almost forgot part of my order until I asked. Vibe is basic as you already know if you've been to Wendy's. It's fast food so it's nothing fancy. The parking lot was clean and easy to get out to the street nearby. read more

The food was not like I ordered. Asked for extra lettuce, which I did not get and no tomato or mayo and got both. The mayo was so much, my over-cooked burger was sliding all over the place. I am not sure how long ago the burger was cooked but it appeared to be older than "fresh cooked". The fries tasted old like they had been sitting for awhile. read more

Good location, the food is fresh and the staff are friendly. Only downside is Wendy's are notorious for not calling out orders so if you don't want cold food, you have to stand at the counter and make them nervous lol read more

We just pulled up into the drive-through at the Anthem Wendy's at exactly 10 o'clock their lights were on there was a person in the drive-through at the window and the girl says sorry it's 10 o'clock we're closed we can't help you we closed at 10 o'clock I'm like I know it's 10 o'clock right now and we just called 14 minutes ago and she said sorry we're closed. That's probably why this Wendy's has a two star review because customer service is obviously not something that they want to work on. read more

I went through the drive through today, and the crew was very polite and efficient. When I got home the food was great. In the past I've been disappointed with this location, but they apparently made some changes because it's better than it has been in years. I live 2 blocks away, so it makes me happy that this place has turned around. I don't know if it's Covid or what, but the food and service is entirely better than it was before. read more

Horrible! Just left w/ ToGo! The place was dirty, soda machine was so sticky and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and NO ICE! The FS workers were dressed in street clothes, hair was not contained. Cashier didn't give me a receipt and when I asked him for it, he showed me the computer screen, when I asked if he could reprint it, he said no. I told him I need my receipt and he then he pulled it out of the trash can behind the counter and handed it to me. (OUT OF THE TRASH CAN!) Never again will I set foot in this place. The food was horrible too. They have absolutely no pride in their job or the food they give to people. This is the closet location to my home and my family and love Wendy's breakfast . We went through the drive thru with a big order. The young gentleman that took our order was very wonderful, even the gentleman that took our payment and gave us our order. Because of the big order we always check it before we leave, and all though the out each order in its separate bag there was one sandwich missing. My husband went in to ask about and the manager there at the time , which we did not get her name was sooooo rude . She had stated that " I don't remember a biscuit order , so reprint the receipt recharge them" , another employee oh it should be 2 in one bag. We are all about courtesy and I feel that this manager ruined it for about coming back to this location . All the other staff there was wonderful !!! Disappointed as fudge right now. We just went through the drive thru 9/24 at like 5:35. Got 2- 4 for $4 meal deal things. Our frosty was so chunky and disgustingly warm. Our fries and our burgers tasted like they sat there for a couple hours because of how old tasting it was. read more

Do not waste your time by going here. I cannot blame the employees, but you have to blame the management. This is one of the worst run Wendy's I have ever been to. People left the line I was waiting in, food was cold, coffee was cold, the person at the register didn't even acknowledge us and just turned around and walked away and we waited over 5 minutes for anyone to come take our order. This place truly cannot stay open unless they change management. I love that they hire people that need to be hired, but they need to be trained much better. read more

I have been going to Wendy's for over 4 years for our French Fry Friday. I thought it would be nice to order thru the app ahead of time I waited 15 min before leaving and pushed the button on the Wendy's app when we arrived only to be yelled at by Norma. Apparently she is the new manager. I guess that even though I pushed I'd be receiving my food thru the drive thru I had to go into the lobby and I was holding up her line and slowing down her timer above her head that she pointed to. And I would have been happy to pull around had she asked me to. But she was very rude and yelled at me in front of my son so we will never return as long as Norma is there. The worst place in Anthem. Just went through the drive thru and it took almost 30 minutes with 6 cars ahead. Also when I got to the window I still had to wait 5 minutes to get food that was obviously sitting for 10 minutes or more. The manager is useless. I've called multiple times and it's always an excuse of being short staffed. We'll there were 5 people at the window so..... Maybe a suggestion of training the staff more than 5 minutes. Consistently train so they get better and aren't monkeys with menial flasks. read more

Before anyone gets on me about "why do you go there", I have to say that I like wendy's burgers, always have. Also it is the closest burger joint to my house outside of McDonalds. The food is fine, but I do not remember them ever getting a single order right over the years. Not one. I use the drive through, I have them repeat the orders back and still, when they come out they end up being wrong. Sometimes they just don't include something, but often it is that when you say "PLAIN BURGER WITH NO CHEESE" I swear they put twice as much cheese on as normal. Anyway, I have never written a review about it in the years I've lived here and gone there but... today was the last straw. While in line I checked to make sure I had everything, but did not unwrap the burgers. Got home, they were DRENCHED in cheese. Not just some cheese on them, DRENCHED. Hence this review. Buyer beware. If your order comes out right, you are ahead of the game! If you order more than "fries and a coke" you had better check your order. read more

Me and my family tried going inside the lobby the other day and the assistant manger comes out with an attitude stating the lobby was closed over the coke machine and the bathroom not working. This made no sense to us because they were still people eating inside the lobby when we pulled up to the door and obviously whatever she told us was a lie. This is the worst Wendys Ive ever been too. They for some reason are always out of baked potatoes. Don't know if manager can't do his job and place order for them correctly or just laziness of the employees?! I will definitely avoid this location forever. We visited today and got 3 Frosty desserts. I received a coupon from Gavilan Peak for the father-daughter dance in a gift bag. So I would essentially only be paying for two. As we were getting our order at the drive-thru. The manager stopped by and pretty much accused us of manufacturing the coupon. We offered to pay since she made this claim but she refused. I was appalled by her unprofessional behavior. Ink is extremely expensive and I am sure that it would cost more than the $99 cents to try to "counterfeit" a coupon. Overall, management is extremely unprofessional and does the opposite of creating customer loyalty. read more

Everything about this Wendy's is bad. Every time I have gone, thinking that things would change, I am disappointed. The staff is young but need more training. Today my hamburger had a thin slice of tomato, one strand of onion, one small piece of lettuce and very soggy bread because they put so much mayo and ketchup. The fries were soggy. Every time I have ordered a couple of hamburgers with no cheese, at least one comes with cheese. This Wendy's needs a lot of management skills. read more

So bad. Service is always so slow inside. It's like they only care about the drive through and they usually screw that up too. I know it's Wendy's so my expectations aren't high but this place still manages to consistently disappoint. Seems like poor managers. Once I had a really nice cashier that was trying hard and even asked for help from other employees when she got backed up but she was told to stop complaining and just go slower. I looked around and saw two other employees flirting with a group of teenagers pretending to clean tables.
